Toppo's one of my favorite TOP characters, up there with Caulifla and Kale! I just find him to be a nice foil to Vegeta, acting as the weaker sidekick with an opposing view of the world but in reverse to Vegeta
Toppo was a good character. I feel he had completed a whole character arc in the anime. Believing in justice, abandoning said justice just because he was mad, Vegeta putting that man in his place and simultaneously teaching him to never abandon what you stand for because that makes you weak. I really enjoyed all the Toppo time we had.

Looking at ultimate of normal Toppo i think i saw scene where he did grab Goku from the back, and make him scream loudly. 7:14 Toppo was like "Swiggity swooty i'm coming for that body." and you reacted with appropriate noises. 7:53 But to be honest and to not be sus cases of "Almost makes a big difference." are annoying, like oh this one centimeter, enemy survives with 1 hp and similar cases.
