Do prisoners ever present to be vulnerable to get to the vp wing and try and attack the sex offenders?

Dodgy one you could face outside charges and most wouldn't want to go near vps. People have blagged healthcare and the like to get to people though.

I used to have really bad panic attacks. Part of the problem when they start is that you don't know what's going on and the fear of them becomes a trigger in itself.
I haven't had one for so long now, even though I often feel anxious. The key for me was when I stopped trying to be the big man, stopped trying to soldier on and took time to understand why I felt that way.
Talking to a counsellor was important - ironically, the people closest to you are the last people you can really open up to, both because you don't want to seem vulnerable and because often you want to protect them.
Another key thing is this tactic: when you feel anxious, stop everything. Don't try to power through, just stop and take all pressure off yourself. You can always go again when you're feeling better. Hope this helps anybody out there who's struggling.

You sir is what i miss most about my Dad, genuinely down to earth with real person problems. No fake pretence or click bate. True gentleman through and through 🍻 i’ve learnt so much from your energy. I have been beaten up by panic attacks and i thought is was low sugars every time very similar feeling. The angry i got from not understanding was horrific. Your honesty has enabled me to see it’s not always black and white an whilst my health is very bad my mind is much more at piece. I don’t wanna go angry i wanna go free. Thank you as always 🙏

Did your panic attacks start during your time in the Ways? I have anxiety disorder - which often develops into severe panic - and that all started during a stay in B Wing DFU, HMP Manchester, 25 yrs ago. Never been in trouble before or since, and to be honest, were it not for half a dozen lying, corrupt NCS cops, should never have been there at all. But... I know the feeling well: fearful that something terrible is going to happen - to the point at which you're actually convinced it's going to happen, and the adreniline starts flowing. Then come the shaking/trembling and cold sweats. It's bloody awful. 25 yrs on and I've finally admitted to myself that I have a problem. I downloaded your book on Kindle and to be honest, it took me back there so completely that I had to stop reading it.

Meditation helps many people in the Services to let go of Anxiety, PTSD, Combat Stress and other Mental Health issues.

Hi brother, not sure how I came across your channel, but there’s no coincidence in life and everything happens for a reason….
I used to suffer horrendous panic attacks, and when I say panic attacks 😳
I really mean I was in HELL!
If you know, they then through the vicious cycle turn into serious anxiety, depression and insomnia.
I started suffering these 25 years ago, and trust me doctors didn’t know what they were ! 😳
I don’t tell lies. I’d run to the doctors every single day!!!!!!
    I’ve tried hundreds of medications..
    I was a criminal when younger 17-31..
Done a few sentences, but not serious Charges….
Anyway I had my spiritual awakening through deep meditation, breathing techniques, Qi Gong, yoga, plant based diet, and real water..
Now I help people get out of HELL..,
I believe this was my destiny..
The sentences started and I’m not ashamed, because we all have our coping mechanism.
I tried heroin and bingo my panic attacks were gone, well I put plasters over the cuts shall I say, I hated taking it, to be normal. Again I lost my life!!!
Now I help people… So if you are suffering!! Please reply and I promise you I’ll get rid of your panic attacks, depression, etc!
    I don’t want 1p for helped anyone.
I’ll get pleasure from helping you, because I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy, and I don’t have an enemy.
You have to understand everything is energy, what you put out you attract!
What you tell your mind! You manifest into your reality. It’s that simple…
Anyway coming back to you my friend, some hated screws. I never did!
I treat people, how I’d like to be treated, and 👁 know! You are a man of your words.. I believe you were like that with prisoners. Because respect has to be earned, in any situation!
    I’ve subscribed to you..
I can read your energy, because I’m an intuitive empath and sensitive.
We all are. Most just don’t know how to unlock the gifts they all have within…
So I know you’re a nice person, who just did there job. ❤️✌🏼

Yeah me too. I remember the exact moment it started. Major chances were happening in my life. Lost job, lost girlfriend, lost car. I suppose you could say it was a bad year, but I was only young still, 23 -24, so decided to use the money I saved and go travelling around the world for laughs. Prepping for this event, I remember going to a surfer shop in the Mander Center, Wolverhampton. The shop assistant guy in there immediately made me feel uncomfortable, like I wasn't the sort of customer they were looking for. It was an expensive shop, maybe he thought I was shoplifting. Not sure if it was how I was dressed or what but it was obvious, always dressed in suit and tie normally. I had never had this feeling before, like I was despised, it was palpable. And then it happened. I continued to look at things but it was obvious to me that something serious was going on. I left the shop and went to sit on a bench. Stayed there for 15 mins or so and then it went. I was absolutely shocked and devastated. After that time happened on a regular basis. I'm over fifty now and don't get them anymore but had them for years and years. Got used to them in the end. I knew exactly what to do. Just sit and deep breath and eventually it would subside. Funny things, just sharing.

I feel you nothing worse then panic attacks even tho you know it's a panic attack you can't stop that fight or flight .exercise and good deit will go along way to helping plus breathing techniques maybe CBT treatment or exposure techniques worked well for me
