    I love how you show the difference between the first second and third boiled broth instead of just telling us to do it 3 times. It lets us to understand the impact of our own decisions of whether to boil more or not.

    One more question...when the water evaporates about half way, you said to add more. How much more? Should I fill it up to the same level I started at?
