    A 3 level settlement build in Covenant on paper sounds like madness! ...but yet you still managed to make it look natural and 100% lore friendly.

    What a cool build! I have never got up the nerve to attempt Covenant simply because I couldn't figure out what to do with such a small constricted place. But building up... Now there is a fabulous idea!

      Thanks mate, I felt the same but the guard posts on the roof really helped it feel like a new location.

    Great idea making covenant a railroad base and synth refuge/processing area. Not only is it a middle finger to the previous owners but also lore wise would send a great message to a new commonwealth government. “The General and the minuteman are healing old wounds and scars of the Commonwealth. What once was a settlement established solely to trap, torture, exterminate synths and suspected synths is now a place where synths feel safe and the starting point of their journey to a new life.”
    Pretty good pitch for public support. Unless this base is more under the table for secrecy sake😅

    Hope this finds u and all the fellow gamers well. Awesome again some of the coolest ideas. This is a hard one for sure small, can never think of what to do with it. Perfect for Railraod safehouse. Noriced u always have a cool pathway thru each settlement, love that, gives it a good flow. Views r awesome. Love its a bit scrappy these guys r throwing up a safe haven for synths aint got time for all the fancy. Love it, Thanx for sharing, take care, Peace Happy 4th to all who celebrate.

      Thanks! Yes I think that adding in pathways is great for immersion and makes it feels like a settlement that is already in the game.

    AmazIng how adding one or two layers can make a rather confined space seem gigantic, isn’t it?
    Also, very fitting irony that the paranoid, anti-synth compound that was Covenant is now a Railroad refuge. Unfortunately, given that the Brotherhood wiped out the RR in my main game, this refuge would sadly become the final holdout outpost for the Railroad and its denizens. They’d best put away their RR heavy coats and Institute jumpsuits and put on some farmer’s flannel to blend in.
    Then again, my Director never ratted out Acadia, and believed in leaving well enough alone. So perhaps Covenant would be regarded as sacred ground, left alone, along with any synths that managed to make their way to the city.

    You are amazing at planning layouts! They always look so good. What scrap mod are you using? I'm my Covenant build I couldn't scrap the computer in the back house. Also, nice work on the intro!

      Thank you very much, I believe that I use scrap everything however i had to use the console commands to delete that computer.

    I like it, nice and compact but with plenty going on. Feels kinda cozy and well protected with those walls and sight lines. Cool take on an otherwise boring settlement.

    Silly question since the game and this video is old, but Im attempting a multi faction build game myself and Im at a loss for how to personify the Rail Road architecturally.
    Any ideas?
