Recent South Korean study showed correlation between vax and Alzhiemers. Study involved over half a million people over 62. But correlation isn't causation right?.

can you list that study? I have seen plenty on COVID itself increasing alzheimers and this one that found protective impacts from the vaccine "A range of conditions including Guillain-Barré syndrome, cognitive deficit, insomnia, anxiety disorder, encephalitis, ischaemic stroke and mood disorder exhibited a pronounced increase in long-term risk. Factors such as mild severity of COVID-19, increased vaccination against COVID-19 and heterologous vaccination were associated with reduced long-term risk of adverse neuropsychiatric outcomes. "

COVID actually, not the vaccine. there is no evidence the vaccine causes acceleration of dementia but there is evidence that COVID does.

Statins are associated with increased risk of diabetes and dementia. Dementia is now also called Type 3 diabetes. Eating few or no carbs, and eat lots of meat and fat will help avoid / heal T2 and T3 diabetes.

you can't prevent dementia in eveyrone - to many factors - for example, psychiatric illnesses which have a higher incidence of dementia. Dementia is not one thing like 'heart disease' is not one thing, and arthritis is not one thing and cancer is not one thing. If you have epilepsy you have increased risk. If you have to take lithium you increase your chances. If you have the gene in your family you have increased risk. It runs in my mothers family - but she has avoided it to now (91). I see the edges of it starting though. A pristine diet, exercise, not obese, not smoking, not drinking and avoiding stress... never ate junk food. It's just programmed to destroy her. they all die of dementia followed by stroke. the five other siblings, they got it early though. the smokers and drinkers in their 70s, and the obese one in early 80s. Mum seems to have had ten extra years. COVID is also a risk - "The researchers found that the risk of developing new-onset dementia after a SARS-CoV-2 infection was higher at the one-year follow-up compared to the three- and six-month follow-ups, suggesting that new-onset dementia was one of the long-term consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infections."
