SuperRaeDizzle That litterally has to be the most beautiful and the most true thing anyone has ever said. You’re absolutely right about that though he was too good for this world. Bob Ross really should be labeled a saint. The kindness and love radiates through the television.
Well, let's say that God made a mistake back in 1995... Actually, I am getting more and more convinced day after day that "only the good die young" for real!
In honorable mentions you didn’t mention WHY he did the painting in just grey tones. It was because someone wrote to him saying they couldn’t paint because they were colorblind, so he did it for them.

Unfortunately the kid didn't believe me. I was a super sensitive kid so I sobbed after school when I told my mom that I'd been called a liar over this. My mom called him and told him what happened. He was so bothered that I was sad that he dropped everything to show up to my school the next day to prove I was telling the truth. He stuck around and drew pictures and met my friends. He truly was the type of person who would do anything to bring joy to those around him. What people saw on TV was absolutely accurate and genuine. He really was that kind. :)

He also probably started ASMR before it became a thing
I loved the joy of painting, I used to come home from school and he would be on and i would chill out as soon as his voice would come on. such a major part of my life.
I loved watching his shows on PBS back in the 80s. And although I was young, I was still just as mesmerized as I am today. Ross has inspired me in my 30s to start painting my own canvases. What an inspiration! ❤️
He was a special, loving man. He had a way of soothing our mind & soul and we didn’t even realized it.
" he was an Air Force drill sergeant with a reputation for yelling. "
🙄
Next.. Are you going to tell me that he was a human, with a reputation for breathing?
