EWS ki toh lottery hai bhai, saare open walo ne TFWS ya toh SEBC karaya hai
Kyuki unko jyada faida hota hai uska TFWS se 100% tuition fee off, aur SEBC se open ke log jinki income high hai, unko reservation aur fee off in some percent (I guess)
