i didn't get to meet my grandfather either. but my family would always tell stories. and i love them. im lucky i've gotten to meet the rest of my grandparents🙏🏼
My grandfather died in front of me at his house. When the funeral home people came they needed someone in the room as they moved him, I stayed in the room and picked him up and laid him in the body bag, never talked about it, hardly cry, he raised me and was my father figure, but if I didn’t do it someone else would have and it would of hurt them, im trying to deal with it, rough tho
The song reminds me of my grandfather a.k.a. my grandpa I lost my grandpa when I was still in high school I remember Summers going over to my grandma and grandpa‘s house helping my grandpa you know do things around the house cut grass trim bushes trim trees my grandpa sitting there in his chair watching the news reading the paper eating some good barbecue you know. But I wish wish she would’ve made it through here now by my grandpa never took me fishing but if we did we probably want to cut a whole mess of fish bass catfish whatever have you told people they still have their grandparents cherish these moments life is too short one minute we’re here next day we could be gone

A touching song is by Craig Morgan it is called the father My Son and the Holy Ghost he lost his son about four years ago in a tubing accident his son was only 19 years old you can feel his hurt but he says he could not have got through it without God and how one day his hurt will be gone when he's home with the father His Son and the Holy Ghost and it gives me peace of mind to know one day I will be home with the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost amen amen
