Considering Garmin Lily 2 for my fiancee. She’s very keen on getting her first smartwatch or fitness tracker. However, she he’s a very casual runner (maybe once per week) but love hiking outdoors and often brings her phone together. Do you think the lack of built-in GPS would be a dealbreaker?
Hi, as she takes her phone with her anyway for runs outdoors, I would say it's not a deal breaker to have connected GPS for rubs. But for hiking as it doesn't have built-in GPS, nor a barometric altimeter, you will not get your altitude or elevation data, and this watch doesn't have an hiking activity tracking option because of lacking of those features.
