How many years will Garmin support these for as I keep my tech for quite a few years, such as my flagship phone I bought 2 years ago I'll keep for at least a minimum of 5 even 6 years before upgrading. Thanks

I can still use it to view some things but as a fitness tracker I can't use it properly at all so thought I'd take the plunge with the venu 3. I've been doing a lot of research on replacement of my current watch which was great when I could use everything on it, and it seems the Venu 3 is everything I need and much more.
I’ve heard that the Venu 3 has had some quality issues, in that the push buttons don’t work as anticipated. Can you reply regarding this issue? Thank you.
I sometimes use a Rollator Walker. I try to get out and walk a lot, but being in my 80 psi rent out a breath fairly easily and have to sit down. I noticed it does not count my steps when I'm pushing the Rollator. Is there a way I can get it to do that? It seems to track my other exercises like gentle calisthenics and dumbbell stuff, but I would like for it to track the steps I take when I am pushing the Rollator.
I'm not 100% sure, but depending on your device you could always try the wheelchair mode setting if it has one when using the roller walker or even the cycle mode. Im just guessing though as it's probably down to the smooth motion of the roller walker and position of your arms. So those tracking features are the only ones that I could think might replicate it slightly. Let me know how you get on and if it even works please.
Thoroughly rinse the device with fresh water after exposure to chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, cosmetics, alcohol, or other harsh chemicals. This is from Garmin's website as I have no personal experience unfortunately. Then the device can go to 50 meters in water.

Sorry just seen this. Congratulations on the new watch and how are you liking it? No it's a different type charger if I remember correctly, as now I just picked up the epix gen 2 on sale. So I had to sell the Venu 3.

@@strengthsweatsucceed The watch is very cool though, I don't have one on me now as I only had one for a short period of time to test it out, I compared my sleep tracking on it to my fitbit sense and it seemed alright but on the nights where I tossed and turned it did not record my sleep. I wonder if it was just my isolated case or if the sleep tracking on it is not as good as fitbits. If you have a chance to do a review on sleep tracking it most likely will benefit a lot of people and it will be much appreciated! :)
Pretty sure I'm gonna pick this up to pair with my iphone 15. I can't stand the square apple watch...just want something a little more "classic timepiece" looking
The new iPhone looks very nice and yes it does have a classic look to it. I still really like the new Apple watch but I'm a Google phone user currently.

I got mine 5 days ago, the battery is now 48% no way it's lasting 15 days and you should charge lithium bats before they go down 20% so we are looking at 8 to 10 days to charge, still pretty good. More, the sleep coach, what does that means? It's just a couple of tips on why you should sleep and some habits that will be good for your sleep but its not like the sleep detector even works very well, it's ok and should be taken with a grain of salt. After 5 day it's all I have, hope it helps, just don't say what adds are saying and use your own footage and opinions and it will all seem honest and get you a subscriber base thats stays and trusts you.
Thinking about buying the Venu 3. I do jiu jitsu (3 times/week) and running (2 times/week). I use a Polar OH1 for my jiu jitsu trainings. Do you know if the polar HR device sync with the Garmin app, and you recommend getting the Garmin chest strap instead? ⏱🏃
The strap has to be used with a Garmin watch then that data should sync to the connect app. Unfortunately not used the Garmin chest strap so wouldn't be able to advise. The venu3 is a nice device though but I wouldn't wear it for Jujitsu.

OH1 has ANT+ connection so I guess I'll be able to connect it to the Connect app. I wanted to know if other brands devices will sync fine with Garmin's app. Nice recap video. Thanks!

I've had the original Venu for over 3 years now, and it's still going strong and getting updates. Garmin are a reliable brand.

The one I brought had no issues with the button and I was really happy with it. Would recommend 100%

Yes you are correct, I brought the vent 3 myself now and can't find that option.
