I love how European Practice Tracks are just tight, narrow, unprep'd and rough. When you see what US guy's, they are riding on a freeway by comparison. Maybe this is one of the reasons why the European rider's are better at Motocross. Also the US guy's are far more focused on Supercross.

Really good video quality and footage some of the best onboard I have seen, and you are beginning to look strong on that 450, I've think that you have a great season ahead of you so just keep it up😊💪👍
HaHa I make porridge with water and my Kids say it's like glue too! The other option is to thicken it Scottish Style (thick enough to stop a bullet). Mostly I add Corn meal, Buckwheat, Chia, Walnut or Pecan pieces and Cranberry pieces or Raisins. 1 bowl of that and you're good for a strength/explosive day. Great gym coverage! You've got a great setup there. Don't forget some fun stuff.
How long does that battery of that insta cam live ? i gues a minute of 15 ? That is a real nice option.. iff the lens is dirty you pull on rolloff.. en the vision is perfect.. But for enduro i gues that the battery is to small..
It was about 6 hours after I finished riding till I was in the gym so think the muscles recovered littlebit. Couldn’t do that straight after riding thats sure, but we are lucky to be able to ride in the morning!

only bad thing is 1 mistake can be season ender if you end up in the cactus on the side of the track, anyway it’s good practice on the rough.

Yeah it dosen’t last to long, it might go up to 30mins, but can overheat then. Deffinitly cool idea, but just not there yet
