Wow, you are gorgeous 😍 and your hair is beautiful! Your results are incredible for your very first time. Our only tip to try in the future is because your hair is so long, you want the bottom half of your hair to spend some time in the wand as that is where all the magic happens. You can start at the scalp and once roots are fully dry, take the wand halfway down and let your bottom half of hair spend some time in the wand before moving to the next section of hair. 🤗
Wow, I didn’t know that. Thank you so much for that tip!!! I look forward to trying that and can’t wait to see the results! Definitely loved this product and plan to add it to my regular regimen! ❤️❤️❤️
What is so interesting about Nancy is that she is a blow drying natural and she likes stretched styles by achieving them using a blow dryer and yet by the end of the day she doesn't even get a single bit of heat damage in her hair. How inspiring and how phenomenal and cool is that. Thank you for sharing. You teach and encourage me that heat is good but when used in the right way and sparingly cause a little goes a long way.😊😊😊🤗🤗🤗
I LOVE my RevAir. It's pricey but I caught them when they were having a sale and was able to get mine for $290 compared to $500. It's an investment. But i think the health of my hair is worth it.
I bought mine 2 years ago. I love it. The price really was not an issue because of afterpay and even without it I would have paid. I gt tired of 1.5 hours to blow dry my hair 🥵
I have the revair dryer and I love it. It's worth the money and the investment for healthy hair and no heat damage. This dryer genital enough, can be used every week or on wash days with no worries of destroying your hair.
The RevAir is amazing and the Revlon brush is pretty good too. You’re right with the brush your hair gets detangled during the drying process but it’s more manipulation. You’re results are beautiful
The instruction said not to pump it up and down to avoid tangles and knots. I find most you-tubers are pumping which it says not to do. I have a Rev-Air also and didn’t have any problems with tangles.
Yes, true, but I don’t think it’s the Revair that causing the tangles and knots. It’s more so that it’s not as good at getting the existing tangles and knots out as a comb or brush through blow dry system would be. Still an exceptional product!
I saw that too from another youtuber she leaves it in the wand until roots are dry moving it in all directions then chase combs it as she pulls it out of the wand . The best demonstration I have seen by far. She also said not to pump it She got it so straight you didn't nee a flat iron.
Your hair is so beautiful! I had been using the revlon blow dryer brush as well, but I noticed that it was causing a lot of breakage as my hair was getting snagged in the bristles. I’d love to get my hands on the Revair 🙌🏽
Thank you!!! I noticed the same...especially after a year plus of using it consistently...my hair isn’t quite the same. But it’s ok. Hair grows back. Lol

I love the new intro!!! And I have a revair tok and it's totally worth every penny!! I wash/blow-dry my hair in twist so it makes wash day go so much faster
The RevAir is excellent. I dry my thick coarse long hair on level 7/low heat. Follow up with the Revlon One Step round brush making just one pass. Amazing!!!
hey there! i was just wondering why you use the revlon after the revair if i might ask? does that make it extra smooth/stretched? i am thinking of doing the same thing as you because i use the revair on 7 w/ cool air (i don't use heat) and it doesn't stretch my ends properly although it stretches most of my hair well. i''ve seen the same thing happen to other naturals that have used heat with it so ik it's not matter of using heat or not. so i wanted to try the revlon paddle brush to stretch the ends better
@@uyiomere1114 yes. It's almost as good as a flat iron. That tool gets really hot. I turn it off after I make the one pass and prepare the next bit of hair.

I just ordered one.. I used PayPal payment plan x4 😁 won’t drop $300 at once. Looking forward to it I’m hoping wearing my hair stretched will help with length retention.
I love the revair for chunky, fluffy twists. I get so many compliments. But it's a lot of manipulation for my fine strands. I detangle before and brush again halfway through drying to get the most stretch (that second brushing makes a big difference for me -- almost silks it out but with volume) but all that brushing is a no no for my thin strands/ high density. Taking a break from the revair as part of your protective challenge. :)
@@suziesox8082 I used it nearly every wash day, which was once every 4 weeks or so since I got the revair in Aug or Sept 2019. I stopped using it for a challenge in October 2020 and keep my hair in plaits now. I miss the fluffy twists and volume but it's all good.
@@Doc_McStuffins thanks very much. I've been doing twists and braids as protective styles but still get single strand knots. I'm hoping stretching it with the revair will help but I don't want to do excessive manipulation. That would defeat the purpose.

@web nerd that wasn't my experience. I'm loc'd now and haven't used it in a year or so. But when I did, it didn't tangle my hair any more than any other tool. If my hair was detangled it would remain detangled. If I didn't detangle well, I'd have to after using revair.
Finally!!! Something that makes sense for African hair. Can keep it natural and wash it regularly without needing to spend hours at the hair dressers every week.
They have a sale going on right now with bundle, it comes with the wand holder and some extra stuff for $349 but with a %10 coupon it brings it down to $314 plus shipping. That means you’re getting the dryer for about $200-250 which is a great deal.
You have to remember that with the brush blow dryer you are constantly brushing through your hair which would lead to super detangled hair at the end. Whereas with the Revair, its only stretching your hair, it doesn't detangle. No blow dryer detangles unless a brush or comb is used. So I don't think the brush blow dryer is better per se. Plus I hear that the brush blow dryer uses an insane amount of heat compared to the Revair (ruclips.net/video/z4yHUoOBLR4/видео.html). Your results are beautiful btw. Love your hair.
Absolutely true! I think overall I’m ok with just stretching at this point in my journey. The results with the paddle brush blow dryer are beautiful but my hair needs a break from the combing, manipulation, and heat. This is a wonderful alternative that still gives me a reasonable stretch and takes me back to my roots of using the tension method earlier in my natural hair journey.
