It was great for sure! Check out one of the recent posts by the hunting public. Greg had a 360 cam set up and got some unbelievable footage. Literally dozens of birds flying out of the trees over his head into a field. Looked like doves there were so many.

In the mountains of Virginia And have been hooked ever since! I'm 45.i recently had a stroke and have missed the past two turkey seasons..I don't move to good anymore I have a hitch in my giddy-up on the leftside..but by GODs grace I hope to be going Friday morning (in the morning) thank you for posting these videos

Quit ambushing. Go back to hunting like the time you and Joni hunted on ridge off of lake.She killed bird and jumped on him like a cat. I love that type hunt reminds me of old days before they started clear cutting in alabama. My first Turkey was situation similar. Big hardwood ridge on Lake Martin in alabama. I hunted big timber for years. Now big timber is almost a thing of past. Killed 1st Turkey in 1973. Yes 50 years of this exciting sport. Good luck get back in the big woods while they last. Turkeys where I hunted years ago are gone now because of clear cutting. The state can’t seem to figure what happened to the population. I told game official I have two words what has happened to them. The two words are ( pine tree). Loss of habitat. I like and watch all of your RUclips videos. Field gobblers suck.
The guy that invited everyone to TN public land is now parking 2 vehicles at 2 locations but only hunting 1 location to “keep people out” 😂 that is completely unethical
I would call that a brilliant plan. So many turkey hunters these days I even lost most of my turkey hunting grounds to distant relatives. I decided to not even buy a turkey tag this year. But I might change my mind?
There were 3 parking spots that all went to the same field, 2 of us hunting, 2 vehicles. First come first served is common courtesy on public land. And I never “invited everyone” to hunt here, although you can certainly buy a license and come on over if you want.
I like to call that spot hoggin' been doing it for years, if you don't you'll most likely have company .
Sorry Catman that's just not fun to me no calling. But 👏
I'd say it's pretty damn fun. I've killed turkey in many ways, all fun.
