Most people say this song gives them a sense of dread. But to be honest, when I hear this song, all I want to do is to Manah's dance, adding to the coreography a part in which I'm moving my arms and hands as if they're wings ready to take me to the skies.
After watching "Evangelion", I was afraid of losing my respect for "Drakengard", so I watched the first game again (but only route C and I used my imagination to turn routes B, D and E into a single one). Best decision of my life, because it allowed me to gain a new appreciation for the characters, particularly Caim, that I failed to grasp the first time. Now I understand that while he's a warrior and I'm a scholar, and even though I feel more compassion for children than he does, we might not be so different when it comes to how we feel towards our respective sisters and how we want the forces above us to see us. I love my sisters too, but I don't see them much in my future, just like Caim doesn't see Furiae in his despite finding her adorable. And he wants God to remember him for all eternity as a warrior, just as I want to be remembered as someone who dances sloppily in the chaos while taking mental notes and commenting on everything like some sort of theatre play. My observations leaving everyone in awe due to how orderly chaotic they sound. We will both be remembered by our respective resilience. This game is a masterpiece, the characters are masterpieces (with Caim, Angelus and Seere being relatable to me), and I apologize for saying I prefered "Evangelion" over "Drakengard". I prefer both in equal measure. It's a crime to put either below/above the other.
Pretty much Furiae's fault. Since she wants be the Juno to Jupiter (if you looked it up about roman mythology of Juno and Jupiter, you'll loose you'll lunch)
Except being a weird ass incel entitled as fuck, thinks just because he loves a girl he deserves her love and affection already. And sexually assaults her, nice message there. Bruh. Add Leonard into that if you want to sound even more creepy...
Let me see if I can recreate it again, based around the sleepy girl. In her case however, it's more centered around self-harm, which she seems to develop later after repressing it for a long time: -I'm sleepy. I'm always sleepy. The world is dangerous and makes me sleepy. I don't want to stay in it ! -Allu (her older sister), I'm.. -Sleepy. Allu, why won't you put me to sleep forever ? Hold me in your arms, and then put my hoodie on. You won't have to look while you do it. -Hey ! You stop making that stuff up about my sister ! -Allu...(The younger sister begins crying as she struggles to stay awake) -I had Four eyes's dog bite me, but it did nothing. I still wanted to sleep to stop the fear. Do it Allu ! Cuddle me, put my hoodie on to cover my face, and then hold my neck ! -Stop it ! (She tries to punch Manah, but fails) -Always beating softly. Always using everything as your drum, even me... Yet you never use your strength to put me at ease permanently. Do it ! -Allu... -Huh !? -I'm...sorry. -So, her mom isn't enough to keep her here anymore. What will you do now ? In short, what that woman of "Evangelion" did. First, she chokes Manah. Then...well, not sure about suicide, since she doesn't learn of Rin's secret until it's too late, not to mention she's part of her orchestra, but something in her would certainly snap. Then again, snapping could have her forget that oath.
I recently finished an anime called "Lost Song"... And I just MUST recreate this scene, with all characters at their worst: -I'm just a boy. A scientist... What's this ? This dirt ? Al (the protag's foster brother): ...No... -Why do you want others happy so badly ? Why throw yourself to harm ? Forget Finis and stay. Forget Finis and stay ! Please, don't sing anymore. Please, embrace me...Rin. Rin: Al ? -I can see into your heart. -No ! Stop it ! -Smoke won't shut me up. I'm no man ! Men use swords and ride horses ! I hate them ! I'm a four eyed weirdo ! Otherwise you wouldn't see me as your brother ! Al: No, please... -Please... I hate this world ! It needs destroying ! I'll never be Leobolt ! Please, embrace me Rin ! -I'm sorry ! -So, you failed at playing the man of the team. You can't save the one you love, because she doesn't want to be saved. What now ? I'm not sure he would commit suicide, since he's not a seal like Furiae...but since the world is ending in the anime, I guess he would want to go out on his terms.
Guys, guys... Nier was the only one capable of having a full Pact with the Grimoire, right ? And his Gestalt looked like an angel. What if he's actually one of Brother One's descendants ?
I can understand not liking it. But it is an intentional stylistic choice. Melody is very important to JP songs in creating the atmosphere you're supposed to feel from a song. WIth that in mind, the notes they used just make perfect sense and need no change.
Actually it's 3 Notes, take of the left part of your headphone. The right sound is doubled, the left one is singular. It's on purpose cause your brain filters the second bump, unless you pay attention to it, which creates a more chaotic field. No clue if most hearers even know it, but it gives the song a doubled depth.

ImCaim!
This song straight up molesting me
Inuart did nothing wrong
Pretty much Furiae's fault. Since she wants be the Juno to Jupiter (if you looked it up about roman mythology of Juno and Jupiter, you'll loose you'll lunch)
He really didn’t #nolie
@@ms.pirate says you, Fool.
Except being a weird ass incel entitled as fuck, thinks just because he loves a girl he deserves her love and affection already. And sexually assaults her, nice message there. Bruh. Add Leonard into that if you want to sound even more creepy...
If you don't count that Inuart pretty much just wanted to bang Furiae to the point of endangering the whole world, then yeah he did nothing wrong.😀

Let me see if I can recreate it again, based around the sleepy girl. In her case however, it's more centered around self-harm, which she seems to develop later after repressing it for a long time:
-I'm sleepy.
-Allu...(The younger sister begins crying as she struggles to stay awake)
-I had Four eyes's dog bite me, but it did nothing. I still wanted to sleep to stop the fear. Do it Allu ! Cuddle me, put my hoodie on to cover my face, and then hold my neck !
-Stop it ! (She tries to punch Manah, but fails)
-Always beating softly.
And I just MUST recreate this scene, with all characters at their worst:
-I'm just a boy.
Caim was right to destroy her.
yall fr be gushing over this song and like, no hate, but the first half is literally the same 2 notes over and over again
It's what makes it good, the repeating notes create a feeling of exhaustion and unending torment, basically sums up the whole game.
I can understand not liking it. But it is an intentional stylistic choice. Melody is very important to JP songs in creating the atmosphere you're supposed to feel from a song. WIth that in mind, the notes they used just make perfect sense and need no change.
@@donteo508most of this game's song lack melody
Actually it's 3 Notes, take of the left part of your headphone. The right sound is doubled, the left one is singular.
It's on purpose cause your brain filters the second bump, unless you pay attention to it, which creates a more chaotic field. No clue if most hearers even know it, but it gives the song a doubled depth.
Ok
