EDIT: To clarify, I am not saying that fans and followers of Tate are in a cult. I'm saying that if the transcripts etc are correct, then they show Tate using patterns of cult like manipulation of beliefs and free will, that have been researched and are known to be effective, on those who were around him in Romania.

The problem is these same or similar legal issues have been following him over the last couple decades. So there's a pattern, as the judge makes reference to. Andrew didn't start with the "I'm just playing a character" talk, until last April, after they grabbed him, in Romania, the first time. All of a sudden he's supporting women's charity's, he loves and respects women, he's only playing a character, oh, and also, this is important, pay attention, he begins to say "the matrix is coming for me, because I'm liberating young men from the institutional slavery of the modern world and they can't have that, my message is too dangerous, so if I disappear or get locked up, just know, it's because THE MAN, wants to shut me up.... all the incriminating evidence and victims are fake, pay no mind to that, I'm the victim here, I must continue to teach young men how to financially, emotionally, physically and actually, enslave women so they can become rich, I'm a good guy....Bugatti Bugatti bugatti....matrix...Bugatti...bitch, go wait in the car!.... not the Bugatti!

He has NOT been let go; the women the tater tot channels are claiming prove everything was a hoax are NOT even part of the investigation (or were literally one of the co-conspirators arrested alongside the Tates, calling into the news to pretend as if she was a victim on the day she got out of jail for a funeral), the person tweeting on Tate's account is NOT bloody Tate (because he's in solitary confinement), the man is facing serious, SERIOUS charges and the investigation isn't even done.
The only reason they're allowed to keep investigating is the information they present to the judges reviewing the case shows they have evidence of crimes, if the prosecution had nothing he would have been released after the initial arrest, in that 24 hours.

And those men are very angry with the progress the world has made regarding the human rights, the place of the woman in society , LGBT society etc...
So they all try to create their own reality, in a desperate hope that their own reality will become the only reality and finally live like kings.
While also portrating theirselfs as TOP G and alpha male, while in reality they are all beta males who can NEVER have a true woman to live beside them.
A beta male will try to control the woman and put a "leash" on to her.. " Don't go out, don't do that, don't work, don't don't".. Cus a beta male feels threatened and has insecurities.
