I thought it was supposed to foam up? Also are you supposed to use 2 every time?

Your correct but I didn't see any foam,

The instructions say to run hot water directly down the drain for a minute THEN reducing the water stream to thinner than a pencil and directing it away from the drain. After that you put the tablet in and turn the drain on.
It foams up when you follow the instructions. Also 2 tablets for the first time you use them. After that just one
