I'm going to put this here as a silver lining. Tried to buy a 3 bed 2 bath home for 280,000 was beat, unfortunately. then found a 3 bed 3 baths double the land 4 house down for 280,000 ish and won. The house was newer as well. I knew if the people that found out about it they would be salty
