Hey man nice work on the project and I feel for you with the truck issues. We had a Ford car with similar issues and eventually just realized it was a damn lemon. Frustrating for sure and it was always tied to some sort of electronic BS
Hey @Rathburn Hey man great workmanship!!! @minute 32 u mention ur gunna get Grumpy if they charge u again,,,,why would they charge u in the first Place if the Truck is NEW??? Isn't that what Warranty is for, could u please elaborate😮😮😮thanks
What’s the name on that small power trowel on a pole. Been doing concrete for about 7 years now and have never seen someone use one like that on a driveway. Super smart. Better than hand wiping them out like we normally do. Great work.
I have noticed y'all don't use a gravel bed for your bases on pours. Is that typical in Michigan? I know other Northern States try to create drainage under the pour with compacted Gravel bases or stone bases. You use compacted Sand , is that typical for your area?
@@tnolan3176 Yes , in Texas , and most of the Southern States , that's typical. Just sand base , tamped. I was just curious because of the freeze thaw cycle in Michigan
It depends on the soil. In this area the sand drains like a clean stone so we never have issues. Some clay areas we will use gravel, but it also comes down to the clients budget. Sand and road gravel are incredibly affordable compared to a clean stone in our area.
Thanks California for ruining diesel trucks Common sense prevailed. None of this stuff would ever have come to fruition. They did diesel burn more fuel, which is not environmentally friendly. We need to put DEF fluid in which in my area only comes in waiting for it. Wait for plastic jugs, which is not environmentally friendly for single use and less goes on and on and on. 😩😩
Maybe find a new garage to look at your truck as 16 weeks to NOT fix it doesn't say much about the one you're using. If it's still running crap after that then you might have to bite the bullet & butter up the wife for the ok on buying a replacement - truck that is, not wife 🤣
If u don't buy Ford or GM which are Made in America😢 what does that say about America??? Nat good, Nat good... think about that & let it sink for a minute😮
@EasyBravo I haven't got time to look at all the nonsense that you wrote down but I can tell you this I go by everyday life experience other people around me and my own and Dodge comes out amon top and it's as simple as that.
@@tedhaze1 oh yeah well to each is own...u like to tell people not to buy Ford or GM...I hear people Say that Dodge are over priced trucks that had issues the same as Ford's & GM...u r not the only one that can post a comment I can too..Cheers!!😋😂😃

They don't make these trucks the way they used to. That's for sure 👍
You should get rid of some of that soft sand.....and put some gravel sub-grade in.

Omg...that's crazy ....with your truck.
Great job by all
I reckon for the problem Flotter or the electric pump device which connects the adblue with the pumps or the fuses.
you need to purchase some "Yankum recovery rope" lot better breaking ratchet straps for that size of truck

Interesting, I've never heard of this being an option (for locations that have the freeze thaw cycle)@@RathburnContracting
Why do you sometimes cut it when it’s still wet and some times when it dries?
That broom on a rope....I've nerver seen before.
Always use Chevrolet DEF fluid 😊
Low miles and the truck is under warranty. Send it to the dealer.
Check engnine lights on. My pos 2000 ford van with 200 000 miles engine light isnt on
Sounds like a fuel filter or fuel pump issue.
💪🏾
Any updates?
