Mine l have mixed with almond oil,neem oil, castor oil, coconut oil but buy the liquid one ndio is go hard, mustard oil, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, Ghee oil, grapefruit oil, at first use what you have or can afford and then you go buy mdogomdogo that is what I did as I wanted cold press organic and its more expensive. Then I mix them all together and put in a spray bottle, and helps with weight loss, digestive system, acne. Make sure you wash your belly button each time you use the mafuta, helps alot during periods time piya.
