Lynn, great conversation. Can you ask Ben to come back and talk about widows & widowers and what the Bible teaches about them moving on and finding love again?
This couple is definitely onto something with the intimacy and sex subject but the subject of submission has been regurgitated for so long and centuries of women submitting under men, they woke up to violence, insecurity, alienation and almost no place to call home in the world with their names on under 10% of Land which is a god given resource that men took ownership of to subdue women further and protect their sexual interests making us perpetual squatters on earth. I like that Ben uses the right term on what it means to submit "reduce yourself," yet if your feet are grounded on reality you know submission is not the answer. It only serves a skewed interest, that of men and their ego interests, not women and children. Ill be looking forward to the show hosting successful couples who operate outside of these religious norms, but meanwhile Ben mentoring men outside of the toxic masculinity messages is without a doubt a step forward
