What an Epic it is!! This Tchaikovsky 1 is so well known and so much performed. But as I listen to it more and more, it's so refreshing and enchanting. So romantic in it's beautifully worn colors and emotional expressions. The best sublime spellbinding performance!! Bravo Bruce !!! 💫💥💗👋💓

I heard this performance on hr2 radio the other day. It was 3am in Japan. His music was great and the sleepiness disappeared immediately. I'm happy to hear it again. Thank you for sharing! I'd like to hear it live next time.
Bonjour et merci Bruce pour votre interprétation éblouissante de ce concerto mêlant à l'orchestre, votre fougue dans le premier mouvement, la délicate poésie où chaque note scintillent avec charme et légèreté dans le second mouvement pour dérouler vivement un final aux belles envolées féeriques qui annoncent une belle journée ;) Bravissimo❤ Merci également pour ces délicieux Encores : "pas de quatre" des petits cygnes débordant de vie, où toujours la dernière note que vous touchez, vous fait sourire et nous ravit ;) ainsi que cette sublime Gnossienne mystique où les sons clairs dans l'air que vous apaisez, flottent comme des plumes et nous invitent à l'évasion. Avec vous, c'est tout simplement beau ❤;)
C´est pas fameux à l´écoute : Orchestre massif trop lourd, direction coulante, Bruce complétement nimbé sans relief (sauf en solo).On ne retiendra pas cette performance.
