Love the camaraderie, and the finds, but not the AI jingles. The tunes cover up the conversation, and I hit the fast forward at times. Had to reverse and stop to see what the gold filled medallion was. Best wishes as always.
Thank you for teaching me how to metal. Watch your show all the time. I found my first Morgan dollar yesterday. I was so excited. I haven't found anything gold yet.
I am listening to this while I am dismantling the big garden… You are killing me I have to keep stopping my work to look at your wonderful finds! I wish I were there. I would have brought the coffee and donuts! My love to Carlos also.
@@MetalDetectingNYC Was cool to meet you finally, as I have enjoyed watching your videos for yrs. I liked the music in this video along with your old Rap videos..
Great hunt video Merrill. Enjoyed all the cool different types of finds, I’m like the fellow that said he’d rather find those than silver… me too. As far as the AI Music, to me it’s like Ice Cream, a nice treat now and then, but I wouldn’t want a steady diet of it. 😂😂
Great hunt! Love the rings. I liked the AI, just don’t over do it. A mixture would be good, but it’s really about the hunt and the people. I would have liked a wrap up at the end. Thanks Merrill!
That site could use some rainfall. You could hit that area dozens of times and still get good targets. Great video. Especially the music and the sprinkler from the 50s!
As always, cool finds Merrill. I was up in the Berkshires two weeks ago, and I had permission to hunt on a friends property and in the plowed field. I was told it was from the 1800's, but only found lots of construction debris, assorted pieces of metal, a single modern dime. Nothing of historic significance. The weather has been amazing up there! I'm so looking forward to do a hunt like this at some point. Left NY yesterday, so back in Florida again now. Hopefully, onto the treasure coast for some winter fun with Terry, Fred, and the rest of the group. BTW, my $0.02 (not wheat)... I don't love the AI music, but it is different. Cheers, and have a great day! H.
Looks like you all had a great time! My only complaint is that you didn't close out the video with a few lines of "Purple Ring" to the tune of Purple Rain. Missed opportunity...

Ok now I gotta ask. Since you guys got pretty excited about it, how rare is it to find a Indianhead penny in the USA? The other day I found one in a farm field in the Netherlands. Makes me wonder, how rare are they and how does an Indianhead penny end up in a field in Holland? Great video buddy, keep it up! 👍🏼
Just got back from Kentucky hunt near Albany, and it was an 1890 home that brew moonshine legal. Dry county. I had to laugh all the trash that was in the ground and Park mode could not handle the trash, after an hour of just digging cans 12" down I pack it up. 5- hour drive buddy was selling homestead. I tried just to dig faint signals, but the trash beat me up! Deus2 has never seen that much trash.

Hello, I watch a bunch of your videos. I want to get my son a MD for Christmas and I am looking at the EQ700. We live on Melbourne Beach, FL. so most use will be on beach at and in the water. Would you have another recommendation for me to consider or is the EQ700 a good choice. I bought a manticore for myself in July to upgrade my old TES. sand shark. I bought the manticore after watching your comparison with the D2. Thanks for any input you have and I’ll keep watching your content. Lee
Interesting place! What program were you using on your Deus 2? Would you have used something diffrent ? Trying to learn the Deus, so would apprecate the info. Thank You.
I used deep HC with frequent ground grabs and full tones. I wouldn’t have changed it. I’ve done many target id videos with different detectors. It just so happened I got 12 wheat pennies. Those ring up like old silver. I didn’t find the best stuff but that was by chance. I squared several challenging signals. They just so happened to be wheat cents.

High frequency coil!!! Chains (unless if they are thick) have the same signature as ground. The HF coil is what you need.
I have the standard D2 coil, maybe it won't work at all then? I'll try a HF program with all the disc removed
