- Hi team 😃 welcome back to our #InvestingSeries.
Today's video looks specifically at stocks, shares and equity.
These are typically what most investors will look into because of how
- easy it is to get into ✅
- not a lot of money required upfront 💰
- usually has positive returns (i.e. profits) 🔑
Over the next few videos we will be unpacking what investing is and how you can go about participating (if you wish to do so) 🌱. I have been investing for the last 9+ years and believe more people should know about the highs (and lows) of investing, so my series aims to do just that.
REMINDERS FOR PARTICIPATION

1. My videos are not financial advice ⚠️ - remember that all investments carry inherent risks, and it's essential to be well-informed and cautious when making financial decisions. Be sure to thoroughly understand the risks associated with your investments and consider your own financial situation before taking any action.
2. Investing has its advantages and disadvantage, therefore this series is aimed at equipping you with KNOWLEDGE 🧠 so that you can make better and well-informed decisions.
3. I DO NOT TRADE ON PEOPLE’s BEHALF ❗️- please do not respond to any comments or DMs of people impersonating me. One should not send money and/or login details to anyone as this may be a scam and you will lose money.
4. This is not a “Get Rich Quick” scheme 🥲 - if you’re trying to make a million in 2 months, this is not the right video for you. I am here teaching the slow and boring basics of investing.

Hey dear, thank you very much.🎉I learnt a lot.looking forward to watching your videos.
Hi Nokuhle. Great video. Thanks. Suggestion. I would rather focus on a companaies financials rather than a graph. 😊
I've been waiting to hear something like this where everything is clarified. It's educational and I love it❤❤.
I've been buying stocks for some time now and I watched this video like I was clueless lol. Another great video🎉❤
Let's buy Dischem shares😊
Thank you for the video. I got a better understanding of analyzing the graphs.
Hi Sisi, the stock you are talking about is Sasol
New Subscriber ❤😊
Looking at the interest value I would sayA it's the best
Love this series. Thank you Nokuhle, can't wait for the next.
Thank you sis ♥️ I’m glad you’re enjoying this series !!
Thank you so much, beautiful name too
thank you Nokuhle
things you that was nice😊👌
Investor A because of the rate of return
Hey Nokuhle. Great content, however I dont think simply using the graph to decide on buying a share or not is a good idea, using Steinhoff as an example, if someone didnt know their history they could be fooled into thinking it was a tremendously undervalued share.
What do u suggest one should check?
@@austin_tiyani The company’s financial statements.
In my mind i chose Investor B because of their large amount😂😂. Only to realise Investor A is the correct answer. Thank you so much for this video it was very informative ❤
Sasol, Thungela and Pick n Pay.
Please please elaborate on Allan Grey
Investor A
Hi maKhumalo just a quick question,so I want to invest a R1000 monthly for a year right, how then would suggest I go about it since I want to diversify my portfolio?
Investor A 😃
Investor B
Hello Nokuhle, really enjoyed this video for a dummy like me who knows nothing about investment. I’m really looking forward to investing for my kid’s future. Can we try to buy from Apple
Investor A is the better investor - reason being their money hasn't lost value to inflation.
B , I was wrong thanks for the knowledge
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I’m glad I could help Joeleen. See you next week ☺️
Let's buy Transaction Capital (TCP)
❤❤❤
Investor A is the better investor
Investor A. Their return is quite healthy right?
Investor b
Invester B
It's A
Investor A is a better investor
A
Hello nobuhle I want investment so where should be stard please tell us
Great video, but I still don't understand how to analyze the 📊 in order to know which company to buy into?
That’s why she said people like you & her should rather invest in ETF’s
Please make a video on how to learn graphs by ourselves
what specifically would you like me to cover (on top of what’s in this videos)?🌻
@@nokuhlekumalo LOL i watched video for the second time and i think i got my answer...you explained it, and i didn't catch it the first time
Microsoft and PayPal
investor a
Maybe I am pessimistic about the future of our country but I heard one tried investment analyst claim because of our country's political and economic climate investors should shy away from our country also it's seems we don't have the right companies for 21st century economy things like the internet or 4IR companies. So is investing in SA equities or asset classes a good investment
Dischem shares please
For me ❤😂investor A cause of Return percentage though I am clueless about shares 😂🚮
Let us buy shoprite, Apple and Amazon
Investor A is better Investor even though Investor A has more return than a that is due to his/her Money invested but in terms of % return A is gain more, as you can swipe the return percentage it also shows.
If it's 14k how much will you be buying the share
Ngicela ni-like-ni 🙃
Investor A has a better portfolio.
I chose investor A because of the 16%Return 😅but I thought they will invest that small amount and get 16% then invest it again and keep getting 16%
I was rooting for investor B yazi, disappointed. So does this mean ukuthi despite how big your money is, if your interest rate is big then you get bigger returns? My you please invest in Shoprite and Pepstore next week. I noticed that the top40 has a lot of mining, telecommunications and insurance companies; can't I create my own top40 when I start investing (since I don't support 90% of those companies listed in the top40)?
Where did u go yo get this graph
on Google. I searched “[company name] share price”.
Example: Glencore share price (the company I used was not Glencore)
Investor A. She has more interest than B.🤷♂️
Got it🎉😂!!
Can I put R500 once off or must I put that money every month
It's up to u, u can deposit "buy shares anytime u have money"
Lets buy Purple Group😅
Investor A ?? 🤷♂️

@@nokuhlekumalo I'm lost how do I do that
Hahaha just comment here and let me know if your response agrees to the solution at 18:50
😅😅😅 yeah I agree with the solution and I particularly liked the demonstration of performance by use of graph n pics I think it's useful, looking forward to next one ...
😂♥️👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 you were the first one that got it right so congratulations!!
