Double defense sub-species
3 key skills for this defensive playstyle build (utilize mod specialty, standing and walking only high dmg attack skill, and slow speed, great defense stats)
1. Thick hide (More defense, improve turning, reduced speed)
2. Pivot (stand still with back limbs for 5 sec significantly increase turning speed. The solo Z-Rex night fight, was losing cuz Z-Rex can out-turn Paras, I activated the Pivot and turn the tide, and Z-Rex can't out-turn me anymore.)
3. Front limbs kungfu (deals high dmg)
Fight with different builds for about 12 hours since it came out. Feel this dino is very good and fun to play cuz the different fighting styles and strategies. I will put it just below OP tier carni like T- Rex, and Giga, probably at a similar level with eo trike and Bars.

I was always sick of para in BoB or the isle either feeling too small or too useless. Finally the game makes para fun to play for once

Same, always get jumped by 10+ for doing nothing wrong. Some of these 1 v 1 I got on late night when few ppl are on the server

This video shows how not tanky it is it can hardly survive a Zrex it’s not standing a chance when a spino ambush’s it from the water or when a Trex pulls up
Tbf realistically para would get hard stomped by rex. Shant and edmonto VS Rex is a far different story tho

Lol the movement is so bad. The animation doesn't even sync with speed it's moving at.
