I love this song, the increasing piano volume and chords and then the sudden ending, it's bloody hard work, you have to concentrate. Thank you Alison and band, I'd run back into the sea for this. @@derekrogeirvalbjornsson1440 Madonna's Rain was released 21 years before Goldfrapp's Clay and the instrumentals have very strong similarity. At any rate I love both, but Madonna's already been where lots of modern music is going.
@@gutspillage Madonna was there first, but Goldfrapp do it better for the most part :) also Alison is a way better singer and Madonna is sometimes too much like a product, with Goldfrapp everything is about music
