Oi, Nicholas! Enquanto eu não faço o vídeo, aqui vão algumas dicas. You're talking about two different verbs: Ser and Estar. So the first thing is to learn how to use each of these verbs. Estava is the imperfect past of Estar. Era is the imperfect past of Ser. Foi is the perfect past (preterit) of Ser. So the other step here is to learn how to distinguish between using the Preterit and using the Imperfect. This is challenging and it is ok to make mistakes even if you are an advanced speaker, especially if your native language does't distinguish between these two tenses.
thank you very much ,it is acctually will be 11 o'clock for ever twis a day ,but we are the ones who goes throw it each day two times for on minut ,so the rule is true
@@StreetSmartBrazilEverybody, everybody, everybody makes typos. I bet English Professors at Cambridge make typos. Language teachers, though, need to be extra careful. Thanks for helping with the Portuguese.

Please could you make your flash cards available for Microsoft Windows Mobile 📱.
The English word is "characteristics." Your flashcard says the word is "characterists." Oops.
