1995 Cadillac Seville STS 4.6L Northstar Engine ECM Replacement with Codes PO75, T073, S044

Here is my moms cadillac car that was running crappy and stalling. I extracted codes that were not routinely coming back up. I went through and checked power and grounds throughout car as well. Most recent code led me to the RSS (road sensing suspension) module that was exhibiting a code S044 (lift/dive signal fault). I used AlldataDIY website to follow through diagnosing this problem and the flow chart led to to check if the PROM chip was properly seated. The chip was seated in its terminals but the holder that was soldered to its circuit board looked like it lifted off a bit and it was movable. I am not wannting to re-solder this holder on so i'll be replacing the ECM.
