There is a 'thing' called Dissociative amnesia where you dissociate but you don't remember the event, can't remember an event it's stored away for a later time.

I like here how you have a catchy hook line ..what is dissociation? As we all have our own way of interpreting what is dissociation. Everyone dissociatrs at one point or another but with prolonged dissociation i think and feel that its our way of dealing with trauma rhe onkybway we know how too... We detach and compartmentalize things/situations for our safety.

I get disassociated whenever I am around my estranged wife. She is a malignant narcissist, but when I think of her sexually and looks wise i forget all the abuse and financial hardships she has created. Then when I am
With her for to long I get physically sick..

I like and hate that feeling. I hate that nobody here in the house nor my friends ever experienced that, but I love how I feel unreal. When I make a fist and can’t really feel it. When I see myself in 3rd person (3rd person is more often than Depersonalization/derealization for me. But also super cool. I can see myself from someone else’s perspective, also when I’m alone in my room.)

Unless your a truama specialist people shouldn’t be able to freely talk about this. Way too much misinformation and it keeps people stuck. Your derealized because you are overwhelmed with stress and fatigue.

I feel like I’m in vr. Kinda like that one show “the amazing digital circus” it’s like nothing feels real and it’s all a delusion and I can’t take the headset off no matter what I do? Just me? Ok..
