I'm unable to afford a ring light and I can't really film in a place that has good lighting and isn't busy. One thing I use is a flashlight with different layers of paper over it to help soften shadows.
YES I NEEDED THIS THANK YOU 5:06 are those…the twin towers?? After watching the whole video I do have a question. You often have a lot of far looking background and scenes, especially in your new series. How do you keep them from taking up too much space? You manage to keep each set the exact same so I don’t think you move them over the months spent filming.
for lighting i use a ring light, has lots of different color settings and takes up less space, and i'm not limited to any time of day or any weather
