Oh man, it's hard seeing so many of the cast together now that Shannen is gone. She was instrumental in this revival in Charmed interest we had the last few years, despite the damage the reboot did. And now she's not here to fully harvest it. Man, that sucks.
Okay woah, the reboot didn't do as much damage as the actresses did. The CW, the actresses, and constant hate for anything that wasn't from the original ruined the reunion potential. Stop making the reboot the problem when ALL of it was the problem. They could've shut up for 5 minutes and let the reboot BE WHAT IT NEEDED TO BE and I guarantee it would've slapped and the original actresses would've been put in the show. Seasons 1&4 would've had the OGs in it, but fan reception and the other B.S. made it not happen

But in my honest opinion, even if they just kept quiet and just didn't get involved and the show just happened exactly how it happened without them showing up, I'd still think the show did a huge diservice. To itself, really. Season 1 was mid, then that start of season 2 was INSANE and absurd idea and it just got worse from there. They had an amazing universe and an amazing cast and they forked up, man. They had amazing ideas but failed to execute almost every single one of them. I was rooting for them. I came in with an open mind. And I even kinda liked season 1. it's really weird to see so many cast members but not seeing Shannon there. She should have been there too. I just can't believe that she is gone forever and that she is never coming back. I really hope that the meds are going to be able to find a final solution to cure all l these cancers which are killing so many people every day . I remember that in a later interview she said that she wanted to be remembered for something greater than herself and wanted to bring on light on breast cancer and keeping the awareness high on this matter .Well all I can say is that she definitively reached that goal and will always be remembered as a strong woman and as a strong advocate for breast cancer in the future.

It's not them it's her who consistently lied about how she was treated on set when it was her who had the most issues with her wanting to be the center of attention. Her father was ill when she was young, then later she had a fight with Alyssa Milano and gets fired because of her, than killing her character Prue. As if that it's not enough,she at the end gets cancer and her husband cheats on her, she divorces him before her death. God did not spare her and I guess he will compensate her suffering in another life if there is one😣🙏🏻 Really people were so bad to her,they hurt her,her friends, husband they betrayed her. She really didn't deserve that so sad destiny... It‘s a shame they didn’t turn this into an animated show while Shannen was still alive. There are AI generated pictures and they could have done ANYTHING and wouldn’t even have to be in the same room to lend their voices to the characters. Truly a shame.
I have to say my favorite episode of charmed was the series finale episode called forever charmed Leo & Piper got to travel back in time also grams was from the past & there mother Patty it was a good finale all the cast members together for one last time it would have been amazing if they did a cameo of prue all they did was talk about her in the finale 😢
I really love seeing Jennifer Rhodes! I don't remember seeing her with any of the cast 🤔 until this show. Rose just rubs me the wrong way. She comes off snippy and charmed with herself. I know a lot of people like her. My absolute favorite is Holly! She's funny and smart and very kind. I just wish that everyone would open up to Alyssa! Of course, with Shannen gone, it is difficult for everyone.
She came over to Birmingham, UK Charmed con in 2018 and a friend of mine met her at one in Italy but don't recall any other events she has attended. No footage but a few pics online. A lovely woman, a fond memory of mine is having a chat with her at the afterparty that weekend.

Also in a 2021 interview, Holly said Lori quit, and she was told it was for personal reasons; I read it somewhere that it was because of her religion and she didn't want to play a witch, now Holly is saying the network didn't like her so they recast her ?
It’s one thing to recast her before the show even premiered and another thing when she is already a fan favorite. Losing two of the power of three would have been a PR nightmare. They even threatened to cut her wages, no matter if she continued acting or worked at Walmart. And there were three Phoebe’s. One the network didn’t like, one who quit before it aired and Alyssa.

I was in the audience and I happened to see Holly at her table after this interview..everyone who saw this I'm the audience was not happy with the way thr report her questioned it. I think you're referring to the period in Charmed with Alyssa, she also eliminated the obstacle 😑 while I'm also talking about Beverly with the 3🐍🐍🐍 Genny - Tori - Gabrielle my personal opinion.. as I wrote before Shannen had her dark period and she can't be justified 100%.. but who hasn't had it? especially at 20 years old? in the star system there are many examples.. we were all young and rebellious, then we grow up and our character matures.. and over time she admitted her faults in various interviews.. did the others do the same? we know that Brian was the only one among all to stay close to her after she was fired.. they had a good relationship between the two of them.. and then there is Luke the only one to really apologize to her shortly before her illness.. there is an old video where he is reunited with the rest of the cast of Beverly and talks about Shannen making it clear that they too were to blame for the whole affair.. that all it would have taken was a little more effort from everyone and she probably wouldn't have left the series.. the only one besides Brian to look for her as soon as he knew she was sick.. so much so that he wanted to go back to work with her but there was no time to do so 😭.. over the years I have formed my general idea.. I believe a lot in Brian and a little in Jeson.. Andrea and Ian non-existent ... while I believe little or nothing about Jenny and Tori and Milano.. sorry but I don't perceive them as completely sincere, I tried but nothing..

Shannen, I miss you a lot❤️😣 I wish I could have met you. Maybe in another life. She was one of the most tragic personalities that I've followed, such a difficult life. Her father was ill when she was young, then later she had a fight with Alyssa Milano and gets fired because of her, than killing her character Prue. As if that it's not enough,she at the end gets cancer and her husband cheats on her, she divorces him before her death. God did not spare her and I guess he will compensate her suffering in another life if there is one😣🙏🏻

She really didn't deserve that so sad destiny...

I have to say my favorite episode of charmed was the series finale episode called forever charmed Leo & Piper got to travel back in time also grams was from the past & there mother Patty it was a good finale all the cast members together for one last time it would have been amazing if they did a cameo of prue all they did was talk about her in the finale 😢

I really love seeing Jennifer Rhodes! I don't remember seeing her with any of the cast 🤔 until this show. Rose just rubs me the wrong way. She comes off snippy and charmed with herself. I know a lot of people like her. My absolute favorite is Holly! She's funny and smart and very kind. I just wish that everyone would open up to Alyssa!

She came over to Birmingham, UK Charmed con in 2018 and a friend of mine met her at one in Italy but don't recall any other events she has attended. No footage but a few pics online. A lovely woman, a fond memory of mine is having a chat with her at the afterparty that weekend.
Hmmm 🤔, It is kind of weird that they forced Holly to stay on the show after Shannen was let go, since she is now saying that they wanted to recast her initially, you would think they would have granted her wish and recast her like they wanted to initially. Also in a 2021 interview, Holly said Lori quit, and she was told it was for personal reasons; I read it somewhere that it was because of her religion and she didn't want to play a witch, now Holly is saying the network didn't like her so they recast her ?
It’s one thing to recast her before the show even premiered and another thing when she is already a fan favorite. Losing two of the power of three would have been a PR nightmare.
They even threatened to cut her wages, no matter if she continued acting or worked at Walmart.
And there were three Phoebe’s. One the network didn’t like, one who quit before it aired and Alyssa.

I have watched Charmed from the pilot episode through 2024. This may seem crazy, but since Shannen Doherty passed away, I no longer have any interest in watching Charmed. Thank you, Shannen Doherty, for playing Prue Halliwell.

They had already filmed the pilot and the original pilot features shot from that initial pilot, but Lori just didn’t appear on their first photoshoot and then they were told she quit.

People were complaining about the interviewer in the house of halliwell Facebook group, I think they're complaints were irrational. Because after she asked her question, Rose answered and then she apologize to moved on.
They also didn't realize that she worked for entertainment Tonight. And we're saying such vile things. But now they'll see this and have an egg on their face.

I was in the audience and I happened to see Holly at her table after this interview..everyone who saw this I'm the audience was not happy with the way thr report her questioned it. After all prior to that day and evening before we had 2 memorials and it's too much emotion on Holly. It wasn't fans overreacting. It was literally fans protecting Holly's feelings
Shannen only passed away a couple of months, they should have read the room and realised emotions were high. Many people who lose loved ones don't even want to talk about it years later. The interviewer was in the wrong and Rose was totally right to defuse the questions.

In honor of Shannen and Prue we NEED the big wigs at CBS to officially bring the show back! I want to see Paige, Piper, Henry, Leo, Sam, Patty, Victor, Grams, Darryl, Sheila, Chris, Wyatt, even Cole again. He could be an occasional returning part to represent the other sister for historically accurate reasons only. Like he can get redeemed and actually live as a human for helping Piper and Leo to get back together in season 7 after Leo gave up his powers. No evil to influence him, no powers. Heck I'd make Cole a teacher at magic school if I were the writer of the show. Basically he would be like Professor Snape, but without the sarcasm, meanness etc. Plus it'd be incredible to see present day Wyatt and Chris as kids, while the other two actors could play the future versions of themselves again as occasional returning parts whenever they would be needed for episodes...
