I’m this video I will be conducting a small test by pulling 3 shots of espresso using my flair 58. The first shot will be direct dosing and tamping. The second shot will be direct dosing, using WDT and tamping. The third shot will be direct dosing, WDT, distribution and tamping. I will be using the Bose electronic tamper so it allows for about the same tamping pressure each shot to allow for utmost accuracy. I will then conclude if there was a difference between the three extractions of espresso!
