Congratulations, you should be proud of yourself mate, I plan to do what you are doing in a few years and I know it's not easy to achieve, so good on you man! I'm excited for house content to come
Great video Mitch. Really looking forward to more details & updates on your property investment as it’s something I’ve also been considering for some time & would love to get into for more diversification alongside my stock/fund portfolio.
Hi Mitch. How are you actively investing in both a Vanguard ISA account and a T212 Stocks & Shares account in the same year? Are we not supposed to have one ISA account per year where we cant invest?
Congrats on your new property investment!! Im also interested in property but Im completly new to property investing. Is there any course that I can use to learn property investing?
@@MitchShoesmith is there anyone you watched in particular that give a complete course for property investing at a beginners level. Because im completely new to it & idk how it all works really
@@levi4660 nobody in particular, definitely start listening to podcasts like the Property Hub, and you can pick up some books on Amazon that will teach you everything you need to know
Also i noticed you only have avout 8 investments. I already have avout 15 and want to get to about 20 investments. What are the benefits and draw backs of having more or less investments?
There are some good studies on this which talk assess risk, diversification and returns. I think the main thing for me though is what’s manageable, it can already be sometimes quite difficult to stay on top of earnings reports and company performance with the 8 or so investments I have, so fewer investments for me is more favourable.
@@MitchShoesmith ah okay. I personally am aiming for about 25 because there are quite a few emerging markets that I think are going to do very well in the future. Do you have a personal email or a way I can DM you?
Hi Mitch, 1:03 which shows +75.14% since inception, what kind of monetary returns did this net you? as its shows up £340, but this doesn't sounds like 75%. Or were these gains made when you had less value held with Vanguard? Thanks!
Your portfolio is a bit predictable/tech heavy and entirely US based, risky, plus some people would say US stocks are overvalued. Surprised you dont have a few FTSE players in there. Less sexy perhaps but solid stocks. As for AMD, i chose not to go for individual semiconductor stocks and instead went for the SMH ETF.
I made lot of loss from the crash. thanks for Jim Brin, I was able to recover enough. Highly respect his T/A for both targets and which way you lean bullish or bearish.
Unfortunately, I cannot congratulate you on your property investing, as all landlords are social parasites, and it is making it harder for the rest of us to get our own property. It is smth of a grey moral area that I personally stay away from investing. However, your behavior will not affect my desire to watch your stock portfolio grow and wish you all the very best.
Thanks for watching! If you want me to start posting videos about my new investment make sure to like the video so I know!

Thanks Mr P!
Thanks for the video Mitch, love the content. What software do you use for editing? And did you teach yourself
Thanks Ebun. I use a free software called Davinci Resolve, yes completely self-taught ☺️
@@MitchShoesmith thanks Mitch
Well done Mitch!

Hey, I don’t invest in both, only T212, my Vanguard account I stopped investing in a couple of years back
Congratulations and good luck buying new asset sweet home 🏡
Thanks Raj, appreciate it!
Great advice
Best of luck Mitch, been thinking about getting a BTL myself so interested to see how you get on. Looking forward to the videos.
Thanks mate! Will definitely be making a couple of videos on them soon 👌🏼
For your sake I hope it’s not a leasehold flat
Mitch, What website do you use for it to indicate to you when's a good to buy or sell? Cheers
Congratulations on the buy-to-let property 👍
Thanks mate!

Hey Levi, I read a couple of books and did a lot of my learning from watching RUclips videos ☺️

Was wondering why you have the S&P in this portfolio when you also have it in your vanguard isa?
I started my Vanguard ISA a while back, but still want to have exposure to it so continuing to invest in it in my 212 account too 👌🏼
Howcome you have S&P 500 on 2 different platforms?
Palantir has had a great run since Q1 earnings. I'm continuing to DCA into it. 346 shares @ $10.65 so far.
Hope you held that
Great video again Mitch! 🎉
I really would take Cathie Woods predictions with a pinch of salt, I mean oil to zero .. . 😂
Thanks James! Yeah I tend to agree, she’s got a fund she needs to keep appealing to investors 😆
What are your thoughts on life time ISAs?
What are some good dividend payong stocks to invest in?
Might be worth watching my last video on dividends to give you a bit more insight into dividend paying stocks ☺️

Up £340 from last month but up £5,934 in total ☺️

Please don’t rip people off with the rent in your buy to let 🙏
I've lost so much in the past trying to trade on my own. Jim Brin made me realize how easy it is to trade and earn good profits.
