Remember that all four of SeeReax's facedowns at the time(two copies each of "Gottoms' Emergency Call" and "Saber Hole") required an "X-Saber" monster to be in play to be activated - meaning until his next turn, Seereax could do nothing at all. So I restate, Sam should have gambled on Synchro Summoning and getting rid of some of SeeReax's cards. Perhaps Synchro Summoning "Daigusto Sphreez" RIGHT THERE would have given him an edge to take it to game three. Instead, he took the bait and was too scared to Synchro Summon on his next turn. Which may have been what cost him the Match.
I know how Sam feels, when you are trying to make a comeback but they negate everything you do. At the end I just smile because it was a rollercoaster ride of a game and emotions.
I don't think I've ever seen anyone root against Seereax in like, any series on RUclips. He's always the underdog even when winning for some reason LMAO.

lol not sam knowing the deck so well, he's narrating his own ass whoopin XD never seen a man destroy himself until now. duel 1 was INSANE though, this setup is really cool too, we get (usually) more strategy in the 2nd duel.
Honestly, the one i cheer for each episode depends on which deck i like better. I like that a lot of forgotten or underpowered archetypes get love in this series.
Not being able to use the trap on the floaters was not due to the damage step but rather because it has a when clause, which will only negate an inherent summon, that is, a summon which does not start a chain.
