He's a great addition. I don't get why Diego insists in doing his interviews in Spanish. He has such a thick accent that it's very difficult to understand. I've never heard Spanish with what appears to be a Portuguese accent.
Not just he took that fight in 3 hours notice but he almost finished him in 3rd round. Diego was tired and gassed out, 20 seconds more in that fight and he's done. Man's a beast
@@northernpenguin2188Dan Ige was preparing to fight in three weeks HE WAS READY They both picked up a different opponent out of nowhere and were at camp prepared But Diego Lopes was much worse. He cut weight by 66kg, went through weeks of weight cutting and on the day of the cut And in the end the fight was at 74kg Dan Ige had no stress from this crazy week that Ortega had with Diego. Didn't cut weight In fact, the disadvantage was all for Diego, not Dan Ige, because Dan Ige came in lightly, if he lost, no one would judge.
My favorite thing about this translator is that he conveys the fighters emotions perfectly. He doesn’t just translate the words… he translates their emotions which is very important in bridging that gap.
The translator legit has that Spanish from Spain accent except without a lisp. Diego definitely has that Mexican Spanish but with his Brazilian Portuguese flavor. With that said, they both speak Spanish better than me and its my 1st language
the craziest change of events since Khabib had to accept 3 different opponents before winning the belt that week in NY. at that time, they tried to get Pettis to fill in, but he kept holding out for more money, so they gave the opportunity to Al Iaquinta
the fact that ige didnt win says everything, fighters who weigh more than the other guy almost always win and ige still lost. ige thought he could come in and get an easy W and he shouldve but he didnt. it was almost cheating and he still lost
I wish someone would ask him about his tendency to grab at his throat/adams apple during fights. I mean that in a respectful manner, wether its a tick or bad habbit im just curious. Because i noticed it yesterday Vs Dan Ige and the ref mentioned it to the Doc to check him thinking it was due to a strike, when the Doc asked Diego said he was fine but the cameras panned away. I noticed he has done this in a prior fight Vs Sadiq Yussuf so i doubt it was an injury. Maybe him cutting weight to 145 messes with his throat? Idk
how come he didnt translate for Alex when he won the belt? they had the other guy who does translate well but never with the same emotion as the fighter. other guy is very monotone lol this guy is the 2 lang champ
The best translator in the world ive seen him remember 10 minutes of translations with olives talking a million miles an hour
Olives 🫒 lol 😅
The translator gentlemen is the beast.

@@northernpenguin2188 Diego would of finished him would of been a different fight if he didn't have to drain himself to 146 lol.
Bro was literally in the middle of getting a massage when he took the fight 🤣

@@ValtinhoBranco That's true bro, insane what Diego Did.
While homeless in my car, in Ohio, I enjoyed this card, even with all the cancellations. UFC gives me something to always look forward to.
Bro you ain’t homeless stop faking
Danajust said he's heading up to his multi million dollar compound in Maine.
Praying for you brother. Life will get better !!
Life will get better Bro !!!!
That's what impress me about America. So much wealth, so much land, and still a ton of homeless people.
Fun fight considering all the problems. Lopes always fun and entertaining. Hope the kid gets a big fight next.
I knew right away this translator was legit
My favorite thing about this translator is that he conveys the fighters emotions perfectly. He doesn’t just translate the words… he translates their emotions which is very important in bridging that gap.
Had no idea Nolan was so good at translating!!! Brazilian Dark Knight incoming???
wow that translator. never seen anything like him
He’s a Gangster for taking the fight!
No Paige vanzant is a gangster 😂
Ever since weili translator flopped they brought a great one
Translator is VIP level. Best translator I’ve seen
The translator is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lopes is him
Why i got the impression he was speaking spanish like a portuguese speaking person?
He was. Good spanish, though. Fluent and not that much accent.
They where speaking proper Spanish , I’m used to that Mexican slang accent lmao, but yeah it was straight Spanish what he was speaking
The translator legit has that Spanish from Spain accent except without a lisp. Diego definitely has that Mexican Spanish but with his Brazilian Portuguese flavor. With that said, they both speak Spanish better than me and its my 1st language
Cause he’s a Brazilian speaking Spanish!
That isn’t new to anyone!
Fabiano is Brazilian speaking Spanish like he's from Argentina. Diego is Brazilian speaking Spanish from Mexico with a slight Brazilian accent.
He can translate , English to Portuguese , to Spanish , and back... I think he can do Italian pretty good also...

This translater is very entertaining!
Fabiano Buskei aka Brazilian Christopher Nolan 😅
He won but he wasnt beating him
the translator has a name his name is charles ... hang on
Love to see Alex Perreira learn Spanish like Diego & the translator who our of Brazilian and Portuguese descent 😂
5 round fight and Dan would have won
diego weighed in 3 times and dan was heavier
Dan had a 8-week camp and didn't have to cut weight like Diego did. Diego didn't have a camp Diego with a camp beats anybody in the division

Dan Ige probably had 10 lbs on Diego since Diego was probably fully hydrated at that point and weighed in at 161 lbs. ige was coming down in weight

Why do these guys all win a fight and then start dressing like Mexican gang members from the 80’s
Shoulda called Volk 🤣
LMAO Why does he insist on speaking spanish if he's Brazilian?
Larger audience maybe?
He fights out of Mexico
Because he lives in Mexico? Doing your research can avoid stupid questions.
cause he wants
Many of us Brazilians speak Spanish easily... It's not a big deal.
