Thank you for the legendary fights man. Win or loss you'll always have a fan for life.
This gentleman is a total package. Very balance and mature. His sports manship is impeccable. Respect.
Izzy you (and Usman) have given us Naija boys something to look forward to in the UFC and showing love for family all the way. forever legend in the game
He looks wonderful with the thobe.
Agreed. Suits him.
Also so humble. Win or lose he keeps it real

@@Nathanstein592 We need more Jewish fighters to rival them. I had faith in that one dude, but then he got starched by one of those Basharat brothers.
@@snapcapone4760 with all due respect but even if jewish fighters train day and night for 10 years they will never even beat a lil kid from their gym
@@snapcapone4760 name one..
hahahahha
He is a legend in the game. I think it's time to call it a day. No one fight forever. It's time to say goodbye
Perseverance, that's all 👊 let's go for that 😼
I have a love/hate feeling for Izzy but he did cement his legacy and I wish him the best fr
Fight should have never happened. Cherry pick gone wrong.
Really? Izzy knew full well how dangerous Imanov was and is.
Imavov was #5 in the division. How is that a cherry pick. Who did you want to see him agaisnt? #6 Borallho, who got his position agaisnt Imavov's leftovers? Or did you want the Whittaker trilogy?
No. 5 in the weight class .. how is that cherry pick?
Cherry pick? How?
You Dont watch the sport.
I normally never comment but i have to speak out my respect to izzy and his legacy, it was sad seeing you like that champ
It all started with " one day he's gonna be in some bar looking at me winning and say I beat that guy one time " , had he kept his mouth shut ....
had he kept his mouth shut he would never of stood over the unconcious body of that very man, having knocked him out in amazing fashion. why all you casuals keep on like periera didnt get knocked out then leave the division
@sameglen7079 casuals blah blah blah , u salty af your hero is retirement bound hahahahahhahahahha
Was never the biggest Izzy fan but he's a legend. A real professional
"this is the best Israel we've seen yet", gets KO'd in 2 rounds. hahahaha it's over
he was eye poked
@aceDoodle77 crazy how an eye poke KO'd Izzy
says the nerd who's done nothing with his life. only people who haven't achieved anything in life hate on greatness
@ it broke his rythm
@@IronFist2508 you right.
I’ve noticed that everyone that Izzy has won against is much smaller than him. When he fights someone around his size he loses. Hes ruining his legacy and position as one of the best in my opinion because it’s starting to make it look like he wasn’t actually that great to begin with. Was just fighting smaller shorter fighters
You’re sped bro. Cannonier is bigger so is cyborg so is Paulo. He fought many fighters bigger than him you must’ve just gotten here lil guy.
@@codyramirez2866I think he’s talking about height and reach
@@codyramirez2866 firstly he was lucky that his division lacked proper wrestlers and grapplers at the top during his reign. And he is way taller than most of the opponents he beat. With his height & reach advantage he dictated the fights, it was visible that is was hard for them to hit him because of his length. Now he had some opponents like Jan, Alex, Imavov with similar height and he struggled and lost against all of them.
Bro I really despised adesanya when he was acting cocky but now it hurts me seeing him on a losing streak
Izzy in his Tony Ferguson Era
Don’t ever compare Tony to Izzy 😂😂😂 Izzy is a legend and has done everything been champion more the Tony he was undefeated and longest title defense and way better then Tony.
Izzy is a legend forever
And he was winnng the fight and he got stunned bad stoppage he wasn’t knocked out
How many championship fights has Tony been in 💀💀
I bet he win his next fight "if he fight again " as of right now they tearing him down
@@frankthetank819 Imavov has full back mount bro. Please let’s not pound a legend into paste. It was a good stoppage. Let’s be happy he didn’t get put out cold.
@ he got stunned but Izzy wasn’t out cold like he did Alex, yeah great fight by imavov but was a lucky shot and Izzy was winning the fight hurt imavov ribs and legs landed more shots imavov barely landed on Izzy. Just got caught and it sucks izzy was just getting warmed up. But props to imavov let’s see him fight khamzat next he’ll get sparked no way he beats khamzat and Izzy will be back
One thing haters can’t deny or ever take away is that this man is a cemented legend in the UFC forever. And most of the time his haters could never do this in a billion lifetimes. Much respect Izzy.
Izzy is washed and ngl it's sad to see. But he's set his legacy as one of the best middleweight's of all time
Washed is a bit harsh bro
He ain’t washed he looked great competition has just been uped
No.... I think Imavov is just that good. This comment is discrediting Imavov's skillset
I don’t think washed he looked really good but his opponent has got youth.
3 losses does not equate to “washed”. Ferguson is washed. Izzy is not at that extent yet
Go well champ, please 😢😢😢😢 my favourite fighter of all time, i cant watch him like this anymore 😢
It’s so sad to watch, I love him so much. This sport is brutal
@Official2true it truly is...😭
Gotta respect him for going out that way this fight, keeping up the volume and going for it in striking rather than playing defensive and taunting. Despite the loss, this is how legacies of honor are cemented.
1:59 2020?? Imavov Koed him into the past! 😂
He meant “hindsight is 20/20”. It means everyone has perfect vision when looking into the past.
He was talking about hindsight use ur brain
@@REHRY04 no u
Good lord…
Someone koed your braincells
I had a dream this happened so that's kinda wild. Wishing Izzy the best, he was really a big inspiration as a Champion and Fighter in General
This is sad but still rooting for the guy. Come back stronger bro
Bing chillin
The reason I pursued martial arts. The game is unforgiving and I’m glad he has the humility to understand that he got beat. No anger, no excuses, no tantrum, just accepting defeat and loss.
Those are the words he said, but imho his face doesn't say the same.
@ well he did lose. He Literaly said thrill and agony. You want him to be smiling through the agony of losing😂
Went from being one of the most dominant champ we have seen in a while to a shadow of himself. That being said ,they should give him a few easy fights before he retire cause he still looked great tonight.
Mad respect for Israel to do a post fight interview. It always feels bad to see all time greats get hurt consistently towards their end.
Great man taking that interview
Respect ❤🙏
All week he looked like he didn't want to be there. He's one of the greatest fighters ever, we will miss him in the octagon.
Thankyou for all the great moments Izzy, you are a legend!
That talk soon at the end seemed like there’s gonna be a lot more than talking happening. 🔥
He's a legend. Win or loss, his legacy is in hall of fame, top 10 all time
He cleaned out the old guard. And was in every middleweight title fight from beating kelvin gastellum to losing to sean Strickland with a 205 fight for good measure. His legacy is cemented.
It hurt me hearing him say not soon, i feel like he might do one more big one and then retire, i love this guy to much for him to go
Just immense respect. I love you Izzy. Also good interviewer
Credit to Israel for even doing interviews after that. Izzy is an all-time great. Second only to Anderson at MW.
Gotta say, Izzy's being a real grownup here. Props to him for the amazing things he's done.
hey man, he had some amazing fights and a good career, even if he is not on top of the food chain anymore, he is a good guy
Both his last fights he’s looked really good and improved as a fighter. Anyone can get caught when the skill level is so high
Bro tried to be Poatan and wave off the ref… just the time fam smh. At the same time years ago he wouldn’t have been put down by that punch… time to hang it up champ . Top 2 MW of all time
Never liked him when I first started watching ufc but I gotta say past few years he’s been growing on me
I’ve never been a huge Izzy fan. But he’s game for any fight. And I respect that
Few fighters shine bright too long. Great career champ! We are ALL proud of you!!
I really like the interview it was great questions!!
So sad to see. Like why do dudes look so human against lower ranked guys but then absolutely demolished the established legends
I love his "sharp" at the end
