Can u pls throw some light on IOS Gmail App how can we get our email Signature on the above “quoted Text” ? Or if you know anyone in Google directly can u ask them to do something in this regard ? It’s been almost 3-4 yrs they never responded to my request. Whenever they update their App I check it and put my feedback but never get any replies from them. Its a bug….and for me one of the most important thing for Email Signatures.
The following you for years love your videos but I always have problems using an iPad is it possible to do the stuff that you do on an iPad or should be done on a dell
This was way fun to watch and I can hardly wait to put a new signature on my email and with the idea that I can change it if I desire to have fun thank you

Great channel. I use to watch your show on tv quite awhile ago. I followed you step by step and when I paste my signature I loose my picture. what am I doing wrong?
Yes I did save it. Then I selected all and copied. Opened gmail settings and pasted it. Then went to compose email and only text appeared I sent email to myself just to confirm. Thank you in advance.
thank you for explaining.. i have a problem i made one on Canva but the problem is the image of the signature that i made look but blurred😩.. i can’t understand why canva don’t download it in good quality
I'm really torn on images placed in email signatures. It causes such headaches when replied to, broken image link, etc. If an image is needed I try to use HTML which seems to keep things happier.
You can in the Signature editing window by selecting the image and link tool, but you are linking to the entire image with just one link. Not as flexible as my second method, but it would work.
Great tips Steve. I find Canva rather cumbersome. I use a free program called Signature Hound. Just search for it under that name and its totally free. It also does dynamic links as well. I am definately going to try out the docs one. Keep those tips coming
Does anyone still use VCARD? To me, the most appreciated thing anyone can include in their signature are their complete contact details. This means full name, phone, extension, hours, email, company, title, linkedin link, etc in text (not graphics) so all can be easily copied/pasted into our contact manager. It behooves me that after all these years there is still no easy import standard (well, other than vcard.)
I don't have email signatures under that create a design... EDIT: Ok, I did a search and it comes up in a search, but it was not there by default for some reason.
Problem is, I use three different devices, my cell phone, my iPad and my iMac to send emails. How do you make it dynamic across all three no matter which device I’m using?
Thanks for this! Does having images, etc in an email signature hamper deliverability? I've heard this before and am not sure how much truth there is to it.
I find attached images in signatures really annoying. I may be looking for an attachment from a vendor, and the attached signature makes it impossible to determine which attachment is the document and which is the signature without opening the email.
Hi Steve, I did all that you showed, but when I uploaded my signature to my gmail acct I got a message saying” File too large.” In the early stages of my download I saw a note that said 320 characters remaining…??? I thought I have

Steve - I am new to your channel and appreciate your wisdom and demeanor. Keep going, please...
Welcome aboard!
you are amazing. thank you for your clarity and lack of padding
Fantastically done, sir. Your style of 'explaining/teaching' is spot on! Thank you! 😀
Thank you for this! Love the short and sweet video!
I enjoy your content! Going to attend one of your webinars
Thanks for the tips. How can we add clickable logos (RUclips…) to the signature?
The following you for years love your videos but I always have problems using an iPad is it possible to do the stuff that you do on an iPad or should be done on a dell
Steve it was a question am I able to achieve a lot of stuff that you do with Google on an iPad I seem to have problems
Thanks for the tips, Steve!

Great tips. Is there any way to customize the gmail signature if I’m using Gmail through Apple Mail?

Problem every time I try to upload my signature all that pops up is a blue box with a white checkmark in the middle? Can you help.
This is fantastic

You can't use a table, but all the rest is possible right in gmail
Cool feature

hi Steve, i just loaded spike but i dont know how to use it, i trying to put it into my yahoo but it is not doing it
Great, Thanks
You are welcome!
Problem is, I use three different devices, my cell phone, my iPad and my iMac to send emails. How do you make it dynamic across all three no matter which device I’m using?
If you are using Gmail, it is cloud based, so create a signature in your account and it will work on all your devices.
Not sure how this would work for yahoo email. I created the design on canva, but do not see a way to get it to yahoo
Thanks for this! Does having images, etc in an email signature hamper deliverability? I've heard this before and am not sure how much truth there is to it.
Not an issue at all for direct email, and it is highly questionable if it has any impact on mass email as well. So don't worry about it 😀
@@dottotech Excellent! Thanks!

You've been killing it lately. Did you have a recent birthday?? LOL. Great content as always.
Nope. November, but thanks!
Good one Steve, Yeah Canva is great until you need to add links.

Nah, yeah, nah - no shenanigans on my private e-mail.
06:55 Steve, you're due a vacation!
I agree!
I thought Canva had links too??
Keep getting, Signature too long error.
This is not a "Signature" it is a business card!
And your point?

No, thanks. They have my email. That's more than enough.
