Apparently Garner showed up at Ben's house alone and he drove her back home after that. No kids in sight at least at that time.
From the look of it, she had just showered and washed her hair. Strange that she walked to his house instead of drive. Maybe she was trying not to stand out as much to the paps but failed. If she went there without kids around and stayed with him for a couple hours I'd suspect they were having sex. Something doesn't feel right to me.
