One European nation is believed to have the worlds largest Lithium reserves and its Serbia. But Serbs are tough and very hard people to do business with.
Look at this people in the comments section protesting lithium mining, mineral required for battery that powered their precious EV that saving the inviroment...what a hypocrite 😂
you'd have to build a huge canopy over the vaporization pits to catch the water, to reuse it for the next batch, in that way you could reduce the amount of water you take from the environment to do so...but idk the process ....but its something that could help
Dont worry bolivians USA forces will be there only for 60 years probably less until they develop a new efficient energy source like graphite. Then they will move to PERU..
That Bolivian lithium factory was obviously built by someone other than the Bolivian government and it looks like a skeleton crew of workers there, for the size of the operation. Originally, private industry was set up to mine and process their lithium, but then their President decided to take advice from the president of Venezuela, and he nationalized the mine, as Venezuela did with their oil industry. Good luck with that policy.
Andy Smith, That capitalist tale is older than humanity. That was what they said to Bolivia, when it had a monopoly on the then strategic "tin metal". And Bolivia sold a pound for $ 0.50 ctv, instead of selling for 7 British pounds ($ 17.-). Bolivia, he ran out of tin and money and he was poorer than a rat ..., when his tin ran out. However, tin is still important and irreplaceable and its price continued to rise through the roof. MORALEJA: "..If you don't know the story, you'd better shut up ..!"
Currently Lithium has approximately 80 industrial applications and every day more applications are found, because Lithium is an element that is just beginning to be incorporated into the industry. Of course in some applications it will be replaced, but always ..., there will always be other applications. But in the Batteries ..., I doubt it ..., because the world car industry is pouring all its effort and "Billions" of dollars into Lithium. Maybe 200 years from now, but I have no plans to be here and worry
Simon Boliva would be so very disappointed with South America's recent history. So much potential. So much corruption. One would think the people have suffered enough. But it never ends. Poor Bolivia.
michael allen., Corruption is imported ... we Bolivians have an expression that reflects this situation: Bolivia just wanted to imitate the American way of life, with all its risks such as: ..., ignore the electoral vote, complaints of fraud, bribes, Assault on Congress ..., etc, etc. It's not our fault. We didn't want to be a republic of bananas anymore, we just wanted to be like you ...!
Oh, wait, it might not be about SPREDIN LIBURTY N DEMOCKRISY !!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!? What's in all those batteries in those cellphone we just throw away and replace all the time?
The Coup in Bolivia is not as bad as it seems. It's a country that can't develop or produce and grow, so USA will come in and help the world grow by taking what they can't extract. I know it sounds bad, because Bolivians won't be compensated, but the rest of the world will strive. For someone to gain something, somebody else needs to lose is, that is the law of Equivalent Exchange
here is the answer of why the coup just happening in Bolivia

The State is involved in this and not private capital and free enterprise? Uncle Sam says you might need a bit of freedom!
Uncle Sam says THAT. But NORWAY and most northern European countries say and perform different.....WELL FOR ALL.

Uncle sam heard your cries for freedom
Confirmed
winning the internet one year early
I feel sorry for the guy that said that it would help his country.. he doesnt know what is coming for them.
Very tragic
its almost like he's got strings attached and is being moved around by a puppeteer
Timely... Just like Venezuela, not enough profiting for the elites; revenues from a country's resources must not be blown on it's people.
"Because the state is investing the state will reap the benefits" famous last words before a a rightwing coup
Gotta bring that 'freedom', uncle sam style.
Thanks To Usa
China's awful quiet when it comes to Bolivia...yet Bolivia stopped recognizing Taiwan and said "PRC is the only China, don't get it twisted"
As expected..... Bolivia need some freedom!
No please :(
Bingo there we go again .
No wonder why America wants to be in there. Now I understand why the coup happened.
they are proven thieves first oil, then African jewels not this
This Lithium belong to America now after the CIA coup

If it was to enclosed it might not evaporate as quickly. Maybe there is a way.

Aah the reason for the coup.
Is it me or does America always ruin countries that dont America walk all over them
The people of Bolivia must sacrifice their country for the future of their children. It is time you must fight with the west.
Also check out Rann of Kutch in the Gujarat state of India
So This is the reason what happens in Bolivia

UP against the state, no chance of survival for individual farmer, better give up sooner.
Once they replace Lithium batteries with Supper Capacitors Lithium will not be needed as much and neither will oil.
Lol
That will happen 100 years from now. . .
When Earth will no longer exist.
