I just picked 1 cup of beans from a tree I have been nurturing for over 15 years. It only started fruiting 5 yrs ago. I put it on deck for summer and keep indoors in our long winter months in Ontario, Canada.

The flavor is quite good. I'm getting better at roasting the beans too. It's more art than science. The smell when roasting is AMAZING though. BTW, I dig your RUclips channel, amigo. Us plant geeks gotta stick together.

For sure brother. Your channel rocks. Let's keep in touch. I will drive to Tampa and have coffee with you. Let's do a joint video on your local Tampa fresh roast.

Did you have to get the plant grafted or started from seed?
