  • Over the past year in my business MW Laser, I have been busy providing onsite laser service, support and replacement parts for Laser users across the country. (Australia)
I have also been working on my own Series of Laser Machine with Ray, our Laser Manufacturer RM Laser. Ray and his team manufacture high quality Laser machines and provide excellent customer service and support.
So today in this video I want to show you the smallest Co2 Laser in our range, the MW-J630.
This machine is a great machine for the hobbyist, maker space or classroom. The cutting area of this machine is 620x320mm and its physical size makes it perfect to fit on a workbench. The overall dimensions are around 1100x750mm and 600mm Tall. We also have an optional machine trolley making it portable and easy to maneuver in the workshop for storage or maintenance.
The J630 50W CO2 Laser is a very well designed machine that makes for a compact yet powerful producing laser. With its precise cutting, and user-friendly interface, it exceeds expectations. The machine's exceptional accuracy and sturdy build ensure professional-looking results at a hobby level price.
It has a lid mounted USB camera that makes for easy layout and previews of the laser’s alignment on any shaped materials while using LightBurn Software. The good sized working area, and optional compartment below for the water chiller make for a compact machine that takes up a small footprint in any workspace.
Customer support is always responsive and excellent at providing the best solutions and outcomes for our lifelong customers. The J630 is a must-have for artists, designers, schools and makers, offering remarkable performance and endless creative possibilities.
We have mentioned many accessory options in this video and may include theses as standard options in future sales packages. If you are in Australia don't hesitate to call to discuss your options and available configurations. Out contact details may be found on our website www.mwlaser.com.au

Hello, I have a 130 watt OMTech laser. Thanks to your great videos, the laser is very well aligned and calibrated.
But I still have a problem and hope that you can help me or have a suggestion for a solution.
When cutting acrylic, the edge is consistently ridged, like a fine saw blade. Not much but you can see it and it's not a smooth surface.
I have combined and tested all speeds and power including air strength without success.
The fact that the ridges are even, I think it could possibly be due to the settings in the RUIDA.
Or do you have an idea? I can also send a photo of the edges.

I purchased a AUD$2.5K chinese boat anchor, MW laser helped me get it operational, very easy going, no-nonsense approach, he was very accomodating to my specific needs & got me out the door with a working machine with minimum expense/fuss.
Unfortunately with purchases direct from china, you can spend as much again if not more just to get your laser operational (I only required some rewiring as my wiring loom factory installed melted the first time i turned it on), often the only thing worth keeping is the box...
I spent the time discussing Matthews own machines, components & experiences which was informative & educational.
Can honestly recommend MWLaser for service & sales of units & components, absolute legend.
If I had my time again & I knew about MW Laser I would definitely NOT have gone through the pain & angst that the initial 2 year saga of dealing with dismissive/deceptive manufactures from china.
Dont waste your money buying from china, honestly - you may as well set fire to your wallet.
Matt has done all the hard work for you sourcing decent/quality components that will work as advertised, as opposed to the chinesium whatever number they print on the docket solutions.
It's great to see that Matt now has excellent unit for beginners to run with from day #1.
    MWLaser for the win.
