I don't know. Sometimes the games makes it seem them they're like barely less than 4 ft tall and then in cutscenes they're about like 5 foot tall. The height difference for them is always so inconsistent in Capcom games.
All i know about this guy comes from people on the internet and UNIST gameplay, i never heard him talk or read any of his dialogs so i thought he was some kind of mean soldier dude that beats the crap out of everyone since he is so serious looking and has that red eye in the cut in. But this guy is a bro, like, no taunts, no insults, all compliments and good vibes. I know that this VA sounds a little more "nice" too, but idk... i kinda like it

I honestly was a little nervous about Akatsuki getting his first English Voice actor, but hey, he actually sounds pretty great.
