Leslie declines alcohol, Donna seems to have a serious conversation with someone on the phone, Chris touches Ann's stomach for a second, Mona Lisa pukes, and April covers up her stomach with her cardigan.
I wish the video had the bit where Andy tells Ron about the pregnancy test, Diane comes in and Andy gasps, but still doesn’t get it. That would have completed the entire storyline of the pregnancy puzzle.

Follow up to this, during the episode where Ron is looking for an assistant, he tells April to hang a comicly bland flyer at her college. So yes, she is a college student.
