Is it totally illegal to ride on the coastal road if the bike path are crowded by slower riders, ie overtake by getting on the road, or riding on the road on less busy segments?
Im planning to do a 1day 234km, so i need to overtake whenever possible 🤔

It's legal to cycle on any road as long as you have your helmet on. If you are doing a 1 day 234km, you are cycling at arou 30-40 kph, so just watch out for the traffic lights and unexpected appearance of cars from small alleys...;)

I already checked bikeTrip shop, and they seem to have mid range fast road bike that may help me keep fast speed.
Im planning to do the round island ride on Sunday, so maybe that may help with less traffic as i pass the city section, although there may be more people at sightseeing spots.
