I have been doing your meditations since the beginning of the year without seeing any major change, and no real event that I could take and say - this is manifestation, this is the result of a hypnosis or a meditation. I did this meditation this morning and about ten minutes after the phone rang. A crisis has been resolved without as much as a single question being asked. I think this deserves a mention. Meditation takes time and practice before you truly get the hang of it and start seeing results. I do think results can only be achieved if besides meditation you also become conscious of your thoughts, actions and feelings, lose all resistance, accept what is and be present. I have a very hard time doing meditations, and hypnosis. My mind is constantly drifting off to other things. I bring myself back to the meditation or the hypnosis, and then my mind takes off again and thinks about other things. How in the world can I stop this from happening?

I have had a Austic nuroma removed from the base of my brain in this process I lost hearing to my left ear completely will I get any benefit from this track ...I have listened to it a few times but only hear part of the recording as with all recordings that are stereo I only get a partial benefit is there any way for me to get full benefit from these tracks ..
Very little of the track is isolated to one specific ear. Yes, you will receive benefit. However, your subconscious mind will obviously miss out on a few of the cues.
