I continue to do this as well but I kinda get hung up upon some of the things she asks us to visualize.
I’m absolutely a novice with all this and many things here, in terms of visualization, I have no idea what they look like or WOULD even look like.
So I then wonder if it (my meditation) is all going down the tubes because I can’t visualize what I don’t know.
Example: “Fusing with the energetic assention columns of my energy centers.” Or “anchoring codes of being..” Etc..
What??!😝
I have no idea what that truly is let alone what that would look like to even try to visualize it within!🥺
Anyway, I would appreciate any tips or help regarding as this is definitely something I am sincerely desiring to achieve.

I would not get hung up on trying to visualize. I think it's enough to just have the intention of allowing the benefit of what the meditation is for.

That was an amazing meditation, thank you! I can feel it tingling in my body and in my heart centre. I found it hard to repeat all the sentences fully as you were saying sentences to long that i couldnt keep up with so i just said "I agree to all that".
I found that when I repeated the meditation over again it got easier to repeat the sentences. I think it is like anything you want to do well. Practice, practice, practice. By the third time I was relaxed enough to follow along. 😊
Thanks Jessica. During the meditation, my fingers (both hands) lifted by themselves. And, then my arms lifted like in the air and spread out. I had no control❤. By the end, at the count of 5, they moved (on their own) back to folding position. Hmmmmm 😊

One billion three hundred million songbirds along Americas northern border with Canada have disappeared. As a Mortician, the very first thing that came to mind was where are all these bodies of Birds? Well, from my brother who lives in Mt. Shasta California where this has happened, he said that there are "NO" bird bodies on the city streets, in their forests or on country roads the songbirds have just vanished as they have in our area of Tampa Florida. In addition to the songbirds, we no longer see any Mallards, Storks, Crains, Swans, Blue jays, Cardenales or geese. My brother asked a Physic friend of his WHY this has happened and without skipping a beat this Physic said that GOD is pulling the birds off our planet because they are no longer appreciated. Humans have become addicted to their cell and headphones, so they no longer need GOD's orchestra of birds to sing to them or show off their beautiful colorful feathers. The RAPTURE has begun. I love your work, but in this video the volume is quite low, and the affirmations were too long to remember. I finally just said, "What she said," or "I concur with what she said." And finally, at about 14:19 the volume plummeted to a barely audible level.
I put on another youtube video and it is very audible. Thus, I know it is not my computer cheating me out of your wonderful work. I would have liked it the affirmations were broken into three maybe even four parts so I do not forget what you said.

@@negtype13 I have never done these type of things and still been able to raise my awareness and manifest. Its all about being present with the sensations in your body and seeing yourself fully. As in... also acknowledging your shadow sides so they will not act out in unhealthy ways.
Declaring good things over yourself and being mindful of your words during the day is very important. Words are spells, but they are most powerful when you also feel emotions with them when speaking them. Just pick out phrases that are familair and feel good to you and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. No fancy stuff needed.

For me it was not possible to remember the lines that we had to repeat in our minds. So I don’t know what the effectiveness of this activation will be for me.

I find for me personally, this reel is read or presented much too fast. I can’t comfortably absorb and process the information in a balanced way. It’s great at .75 but I suppose that throws the frequency off as well making the meditation at least less useful?
