You just learned of this I gather. I've been spreading this very Info everywhere. Find when the moon is in your sun sign monthly, it is in each constellation 2.5 days. It's important to do this at the right time, to receive your full gifts and keep the body as clean as possible, no alcohol drugs meds,no meat, sugar etc for those 3 days. Finding those days are crucial for example right now the moon is in Gemini starting today. I need to make a video lol
I've known of this and continue to finetune it in my own life and share the knowledge here. Also, what works for some may not work for others. For instance, there are some carnivores who very successfully go through this process, making the "no meat" rule quite possibly obsolete. I've made several other videos about the actual process.

I have this very strong feeling of anticipation and excitement also. Im trying to just stay in it and focus on my wish fulfilled but I feel I want to DO something else but dont know what. Is this burst of energy & anticipation normal??

Yes, I have experienced this twice and it was magnificent. I can only express positive sentiments, although the experience is difficult to describe in words. Take your time and enjoy the unfolding at a pace that feels right for you. I would also suggest not allowing negative opinions about this to detour you. Everything you need, including guidance for this process, is within you. 💖
