There's obviously some good and some bad when it comes to the EHR. After using it for nearly nine years, I suppose I find it reasonably helpful, if not time consuming. What I don't like is the resultant chart bloat by the program auto inserting tons of info into my note that I did not technically author, yet have to defend if need be.
