I listened to it till mudarabah. Firstly applause to you for your work and secondly it is very easy to criticise the system but it's difficult to provide its alternative. Currently our economy and our activities cannot be executed if we can erase the banking system in our lives. So Islamic banking is a dire need of this economy and islamic banking is in a phase to revolve and improve their and incorporating controls in their transactions to make it 100% shari'ah compliant. Thirdly, you said that rab ul maal had no idea where his deposit was invested so it is to let you know that if you read account opening form then there is written that you deposited money will be used in shariah compliant avenues further to give more clarity it will also be written over there that bank will finance your money in giving home financing vehicle finance or other short term finances to those how need it. Further i need to address your query about 10 11 percent of profit why it will not share in actual and why it will not decrease or increase the profit rates? Basically, sharing between bank and rabul maal is 50 percent and bank required to meet expected profit of customer which is almost the same with other banks and to match that rate bank mostly do hiba to all their rabul maal with same rates from their own profit portion which is allowed in shariah and hiba is a non compensatory contract. I hope i address your queries. Further there are many issues in islamic banking but this will be sought out in future insha'Allah

but afsos is baat ka hai ke jo fataway is pr halal hone ke aaye hue hain ya jo so called shariya board hota hai woh apna kaam kiun nahi karte means ke fatwe ke mutabik is ki monitoring kiun nahi hoti ?
