okay...im sorry but..if yuyeon has been working this hard for months (including prequel series training) and she's still at this level I really wouldn't be sad to see her drop from the debut lineup. I know Yooyeon has improved throughout to competition but this is unfair and basically lack of respect for the other trainees, the amount of autotune to cover for her lacking vocals and that less than impressive choreo... I'm not saying that one needs to be a perfectionist to deserve a spot in the debut team, but if you're gonna make these many mistakes towards the end of the competition, mistakes that are easily rectified with more practice and confidence, it really sucks to be on the non-debut team watching this knowing that spot could've gone to you, someone who is objectively better and more deserving of the debut spot. I've been supportive to past "visuals-only" girls on every survival shows since they at least has a sense of rhythm in rap or vocals even if they're not exactly lead or main material but shows "center member" potential and has a drastic improvement overall since the start of the show. I like yooyeon, she seems sweet and appears to be very hardworking and I think even outside the show, she can still find success in this industry but i just wished jiwon got this win or other 4th graders who are very talented and literally been training for years, haven't gone to college like her, can have her spot from being always on the top. MTG already kind of trained them before the show started (for same same but diff) and until now but i still can barely see where yooyeon is good at. She def need a lot more training period (it also sounds like she's using a mic with autotune here, but i can be wrong too) before she can step on an official debut stage. Although even if she indeed wins here, idk, I wouldn't really be mad too but I'd probably forever think "what if (name) got into the group instead". 🤔

My problem with Yooyeon isn't that she is primarily a visual, the problem is other visual trainees at least had a sense of tempo and decent singing ability, she does not deserve a spot just for being pretty, this is not a modelling competition. There is a serious problem when they have to heavily edit the singing of a very bland song like this.

Jiwoo won this for me. I wouldn’t mind Yooyeon making it to the debut since I gotta acknowledge the truth that her personality and charisma really are attractive for kpop stans but even so, her singing and dancing skills are way too far from that of a standard kpop idol. What I personally think she needs is more training, and not debuting right after this show.

I remember mentor Soyeon said to Yooyeon on one ep that people should say "she's good" rather than "she improved" (correct me if I'm wrong). yooyeon improved but still isn't good enough to 'compete' with these girls. I hope people would recognize talent more than visuals :((

I've been supportive to past "visuals-only" girls on every survival shows since they at least has a sense of rhythm in rap or vocals even if they're not exactly lead or main material but shows "center member" potential and has a drastic improvement overall since the start of the show.
I like yooyeon, she seems sweet and appears to be very hardworking and I think even outside the show, she can still find success in this industry but i just wished jiwon got this win or other 4th graders who are very talented and literally been training for years, haven't gone to college like her, can have her spot from being always on the top.
MTG already kind of trained them before the show started (for same same but diff) and until now but i still can barely see where yooyeon is good at. She def need a lot more training period (it also sounds like she's using a mic with autotune here, but i can be wrong too) before she can step on an official debut stage. Although even if she indeed wins here, idk, I wouldn't really be mad too but I'd probably forever think "what if (name) got into the group instead". 🤔

My problem with Yooyeon isn't that she is primarily a visual, the problem is other visual trainees at least had a sense of tempo and decent singing ability, she does not deserve a spot just for being pretty, this is not a modelling competition. There is a serious problem when they have to heavily edit the singing of a very bland song like this.

Too much autotune tho. They really arranged the vocals to atleast be on tune. It almost sounds robotic. I wanna hear the live tho. Hmmm If yooyeon won in here and I think she did because of some of the comments then she needs to catch up even a little to the others. She will be criticised so much, and if she wants to be an idol singer as she wanted, then beauty aint just enough to settle with that. I know she is improving, we all acknowledge it, but with all the wasted talent in here just because she is prettier than them and mind you the others who were talented arent even bad looking. I hope she works harder than what we have seen as she said in the start that she will work harder than the others if she goes in. 💙 Fighting!

I don't hate her but because the audience in this survival has a very important role... all participants must show their respective improvements and give the same effort, so there shouldn't be a double standard! I feel unfair with the debut team that was eliminated even though they did a good battle... maybe I was too objective in watching the stage hahaha in the group definitely need a 'sweety' right? fighting girls!

this is literally a battle between jiwoo and yooyeon where many ppl said they didn’t actually deserve to go this far but they actually showed their improvements during the show 🖐🏻 and after watching this performance, jiwoo vocals really stood out during the performance and they both did a great job :3 i just hope ppl won’t be biased during the votes 😃

She's good in vocal but she makes lot of mistakes in dances and some offbeat in rap while the other one vocal is little shakey but on dance she has fluidity on it.

I don’t get why jiwoo lost to yooyeon in this performance when her singing is clearly better than the latter. Yeah I know Yooyeon is just a beginner, she’s pretty and cute, she works hard but they need someone extra talented in the group. Jiwoo won this for me. I wouldn’t mind Yooyeon making it to the debut since I gotta acknowledge the truth that her personality and charisma really are attractive for kpop stans but even so, her singing and dancing skills are way too far from that of a standard kpop idol. What I personally think she needs is more training, and not debuting right after this show.
