be careful, this blokes seems to have a good knowledge of metal polishing but not so good when it comes to chemical reaction on metals, i followed his instructions with the oven cleaner and now have an expensive replacement of my front and side covers, mainly the front cover that now deep (1 cm wide and 4-5 cm's long and half to 1 mm deep) marks that has eaten into the metal, these marks are permanent and is the worst of several marks on my front cover with the side covers, one of the side covers damaged worse than the other, i wish i had more knowledge with mobile phones i would love to add pitchers, at the end of it all i would not recommend bloody oven cleaner, use a quality paint striper and then follow his polish method, it is affective and really looks good, can't wait to try it on my new covers when and if i can find some for sale, good luck all.
Worked great for me, pretty sure he said he personally uses oven cleaner, meaning you can use whatever you want. If you don't know how to strip clear from metal then you clearly have no idea what you're doing "user-hwqi6whatever" seems like you are a troll idiot.
